By far the best dentist I have ever gone to. I highly recommend if you are like me, terrified of dentists. She is gentle and quick. I love this dentist more and more each time I go back. And my partials are perfect and the top of the line.

Terrible , Terrible, and Terrible! I had a horrible experience! Scheduled an appointment got to the back in 10 minutes. Just to sit in chair 40min. Hygienist always ask what are you getting done. It's a Scheduled appointment not a walking in. Dr. LYONS comes in on the phone and asked the same question. What are you here for today? Smh ! I tell her for the umpteenth time. She walks out leaves me back there another 40 minutes. Then finally she numbs my mouth. Leaves me another 40 plus minutes and finally say you ready didn't check to see if I was numb good for extraction. And I was not. I felt everything!!! I was moaning letting her know I can feel the pain she said breathe through your nose..... Are you for real?? Long story short I WONT BE BACK!!!
1. Clean up that place.
2. Hire more help.
3. Be more professional
4. Have some compassion for your customers that have medicaid/medicare we are still HUMANS!!!

Got my tooth pulled today.
Dr.Lyons was extremely considerate and pulled my tooth for me as a walk in. (Walk In Times are before 2:30). She did it so quick I started crying… Great staff. Highly recommend especially if you have a family. Laila & I will be there next month to get our teeth cleaned and work on cavity prevention.

My appointment was made in a reasonable amount of time and my extraction was seamless. I love this office and do not plan to go anywhere else, anytime soon. Hat's off too a smoothly run office, great customer service and patient care.

Okay, so, maybe I just have too high of expectations, but I found this appointment to be completely rushed. The dentist didn’t greet me when she came in, just said “What are you here for?” As I was trying to explain the plethora of dental issues I have, she actually walked out of the room. I needed an extraction immediately, which went fine. She numbed me up and took the tooth out with zero problems. Then she said something about working up a treatment plan and that I had more teeth that would need to come out. I expected her to sit down with me and explain exactly what all I needed done, but there was none of that. After the extraction, the nurse came in, put gauze in the socket and said I was done and that my prescription for some pain meds would be up front at check out. I expected the dentist herself to be busy somewhere but when I got up front she was sitting down, messing around on her cell phone. No reason to be too busy to explain to me what was going on. So, I asked about it and she told me my treatment plan has to be approved by Tenncare and then I’ll get notice and scheduled to come in to get it taken care of. I left, STILL not knowing what all needs to be done. I have no idea what my treatment plan entails or what all dental work I need done. The whole process just seemed very rushed to me. Almost like having me there was a nuisance. The staff there was all very friendly, the place was clean, and I only had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. That is why I’m giving the 3 stars. But, I still feel that the actual dentist should have taken the time to say hello, greet me like a person, and also sit down with me and explain what all I need to have done. I don’t expect a letter from my insurance company to be able to tell me everything I need to know and answer any questions I may have.
