Everyone was super polite and helpful. The hygienist (Val) was super sweet, polite and made the whole experience a really good one. I didn’t spend much time with Dr Patel, but he seemed very nice and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a thorough and a very well documented dental history (they take X-rays, they make a full teeth scan, and they take pictures of your teeth) I was also referred to another specialist because I need a root canal, so hopefully that experience would be just as good.

When I couldn’t find a new dentist taking patients in East Nashville where I live, I ventured all the way to Brentwood. That was almost 4 years ago and I still continue to make the drive out there. More impressively, my husband is happy to continue to make the drive too. He was the one adamant about changing dentists bc our old one was always saying that he had a tooth crisis every time he went and it felt like a shake down (it kind of was) so basically, Dr Patel won over a very dentist-wary husband. He also oversaw my Ortho FX (Invisalign type product) and didn’t give me ANY hesitation when I kept insisting on extra rounds of molds to get the most out of my investment. (They don’t cost me any extra but it requires time and probably annoying extra work for him and his office) and that has built a lot of trust from me. We are very happy with him and his team and I especially encourage people to look into the ortho FX alignmers. It is the best money I have ever spent in my life!!

Today I went to Nashville Dentistry for a teeth cleaning. Boy, I got so much more. First, they thoroughly assessed teeth condition, bite, gum health, oral cancer check. They used the best technology. They then provided a no-nonsense assessment of my health and discussed various options to improve certain conditions. We moved forward with a teeth cleaning that used machinery and tools that identified plaque concentrated areas and cleaning machines that made the process pain free and effective. I have never experienced some of this technology before. My hygienist was communicative, polite, kind, and so professional. Dr Patel did his own assessment and reinforced various options to move forward. He is very pleasant and polite as well. The business side has handled upfront and with no surprises. All of this was done in a timely and respectful way. This place rocks!!

I had my first visit at Dr. Patel’s office today and it was top-notch. The dental hygienist, Shawn, explained every step of how she was going to treat my problem. She was compassionate and skilled with my care. Dr. Patel came in and gave my situation a complete look-over and talked to me further about helping my problem. So, my experience was a five-star visit!

Hands down the best Dentistry I have ever been to in my entire life. Dr Patel and his team are awesome at what they do. They have always gotten me in within a reasonable time whenever I've had a dental emergency. They are always thorough with cleanings as well. I drive over an hour for every appointment and it is well worth it!
