It is the worst dental center I have ever attended, 1: First of all, the receptionists never answer the phone, you can try calling for a month and they will not answer the phone. 2: They give you an appointment at 9:00 am, they sit you in a chair and make you wait 40 minutes and 3: I went for a cavity cleaning which, according to the same doctor, told me that it was a simple cavity, which he proceeded to clean. and during the process I wore down half of the tooth to the point of leaving the root exposed, I returned after 2 weeks since I couldn't chew due to its sensitivity, and it turns out that now I need a root canal treatment. The receptionist first told me that the owners of the place would be responsible for the treatment since they broke my tooth in half when I had a complete and healthy tooth, which will now need a post and a crown. I asked them to at least take care of the crown since I went for a cleaning and they left me without my tooth. Their response was that they simply would not take charge. It was total negligence on the part of both the doctor and those in charge of the dental center. That's how they screw up customers, ruin your teeth, and then they don't take care of it. I only recommend that you look for true professionals and not negligent ones like these. If I had the option to give 0 stars I would definitely do it…

I've been calling for almost 1 month trying to schedule a cleaning and I've had zero calls back and the text response to schedule just says contact the office via phone call. I also had a super negative experience getting a night guard here. It took them 5 weeks and I came in 4 separate times to get a mold of my teeth. The only positive experience I've had has been with the price and some of the techs that have been really nice. Not sure what's going on with this place but they've been on a pretty steady decline. Definitely go elsewhere for dental care and better communication.

I really wanted to like this place, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My last visit solidified it all. We talked about a dental plan that would cost me close to $5000 out of pocket,The scheduler convinced me not to wait "get it done before Christmas" is what she said to me, which meant the following week. I agreed. What I didn't agree to was the $5000 charge to my credit card the day I scheduled the appointment. I had to end up canceling because of another obligation, I had intentions of rescheduling but to my surprise I learned that my credit card had already been charged. How sneaky that I wasn't asked or told that was happening. I called the office and the response was we sometimes ask if you want to pay before your appointment, Well that would be No, and I wasn't asked. Refund me immediately was my response. It took a month to get refunded,it was more annoying unprofessional things I witnessed during my visits, but this was the final straw for me.

RUN AWAY QUICK!!!!Very unprofessional work ethic by the people that work there. Came in to get my cap put back in that fell out.Handed the assistant my tooth in a napkin and after he took X-rays he asked for my tooth. I said I handed it to you and he said oh I threw that away I thought it was trash. So after waiting one hour I got out of chair and asked if someone was going to come see me. About ten minutes later a lady came in and oh the dentist can’t see you today. Well I walked out after that. RUN

The girl that works the front desk is very unprofessional she doesn't answer the phone when you call to make appointment because my wife being call for about week she finally had to go up there she told the girl she been calling and don't noone answer the phone the girl picked up the phone saying it nothing wrong with it but it's cordless phone she turns off the ringer so people can't get through very unprofessional... If you don't like your job find something else...
