This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. He made my teeth look even worse and I went to a different ortho and had to pay it again just because he couldn’t do things right. He kept commenting on me saying rude things every time I went there. I didn't see any progress. When I told him I was not happy with my teeth, he told me who was gonna look at it. He also told me that I’m not the only patient to take care of and he has many other patients to take care of as if he’s doing it for free. He would always say something every time I went there and it would hurt my feelings. I’m sick and tired of him. I forever regret going there and not doing enough research. I completely wasted my money there. And now I had to switch my ortho in the middle of my treatment. I went to few Ortho to show my teeth and they could tell how bad it was. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are so many good Ortho and do your research’s.

My son started off very scared and unsure about getting braces. The staff worked really hard to make him feel comfortable. By the time he got them off he was a pro at having his mouth worked on. Very pleased with our experience and results. I highly recommend Dr. Child and his staff.

The provider is uncommunicative and the office staff is very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The only medical record they would share with a new provider was a picture taken of a printout of an x-ray (full of shadows and their hand!). Go elsewhere.

Worst orthopedic practice I’ve ever been to they are rude the building is dirty they don’t clean their sinks they reuse the same orthodontics instruments on all the patients they don’t have good sanitation worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend being seen here!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Child for almost 13 years. He is phenomenal. He is kind, explains things honestly and thoroughly in an easy-to-understand language & will always make sure his patients are comfortable. The staff are also always so kind, funny and just good people!
