My experience with MidTN Dentistry on May 13, 2024, was wonderful from the front desk person to the last person I saw. The receptionist was cheerful, respectful, and a really nice person. The dental hygienist did an excellent, very thorough cleaning of my teeth, and she was friendly and kind. Dr. Carrion is great--my favorite dentist! The person who did the final treatment on one of my teeth did an excellent job, and she was so very nice and friendly. At the end of my visit, even the person I made my payment to was really nice. Oh, and one more thing-the office was very clean even the restroom!

Would not recommend. My wife and I have been going here for a few years now. Every time we go, it’s always someone different in there as their hygienist & dentist. They also always attempt to get me to buy something that is not covered by insurance such as a $400 plus mouth guard; they start cashing it out and just ask if I’m paying cash or card and attempt to do the transaction on the sly. Luckily I’ve caught it prior to swiping my card but only just because I asked what it was for. They’ve tried this several times.
This most recent visit, the front desk person was very nice and personable. However, the hygienist was terrible. Very rude. I’d tell you her name but she didn’t introduce herself. The whole time she was cleaning my teeth, very harsh and rough with my teeth, mouth & head. When she was finished she did say, “well I’d say see ya next time but I won’t be here, I’m leaving this place..”
The dentist, also didn’t introduce herself was rude as well and did hardly anything at all. Didn’t even check my teeth or the cleaning job. Just preached to me about getting my wisdom teeth removed.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this but it was rediculas. I wanted to get up mid cleaning and just leave but I knew they’d bill my insurance anyway and then I wouldn’t get any type of cleaning for the next 6 months.
Save your time and money and choose one of the other 30 dentist in the area to give your business that value their customers.

My story is very sad. When I went to them, they convinced me to have two teeth implanted, and they took the information for the first and second insurance, and they told me that they would pay $440. After the nail implant was done, and when the crown was re-implanted, they told me that I had to pay $2,800. I told them that you told me another amount. They said that there was a mistake. I felt disappointed and started. I was crying intensely and found the staff mocking me and laughing. After that, the clinic director reached out to me and asked me to wait for the insurance renewal at the beginning of the new year. I waited and then they asked for $2008. I am now looking for a lawyer because I suffer from very severe psychological fatigue.

I’ve been coming to this location for about the last six months since getting braces put on. I will say that, my experience with the receptionists and the technician that changed out my brackets are always very friendly. I couldn’t say the same for my orthodontist. Yesterday, I went for my routine 6-8 appointment and as usual, the receptionists were friendly. However I noticed I had a new technician. She asked me if I had received any new updates since my last visit, which I told her I hadn’t been there since last year. She then informed me that my primary orthodontist, Dr. Singh, abruptly quit and she and a new orthodontist was filling in until a replacement is hired. She apologized profusely for the sudden change. I actually smiled and told her that I didn’t like Dr. Singh anyway. He had no personality and wasn’t the friendliest anyway. She, and the new orthodontist, (I forgot his name), were extremely friendly and completed the same level of work as my previous orthodontist. Good riddance Dr. Singh and THANK YOU to the new, temporary team for being caring and compassionate professionals!

The front office staff dental assistant were very nice and welcoming. However, my exam appointment (no dental work just an exam and xrays) took over an hour. The doctor and hygienist just left me in the room for over 30 minutes. I had to come out and see what the hold up was. Additionally, the hygienist was extremely judgmental of my teeth because I haven’t been able to access dental care in several years. She was rude and made me feel really self conscious about my teeth, like I should be ashamed. At the end of the appointment they told me I HAD to have a deep cleaning that would cost over $600. They were extremely pushy and tried to sell me on it continuously. My dental insurance covered a regular cleaning but they wanted me to pay out of pocket and basically acted like it was crazy I couldn’t afford it and they couldn’t do anything. There are always options available to patients. I was a dental professional for about 4 years and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of quality care and support. They do not care about your health they care about your money they made that very clear. DO NOT GO HERE!
