Ms. Ronetta the front staff was so nice to me despite my insurance problem. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She stayed on the phone and made them understand. She made my experience at this location. She went above and beyond. And the dentist staff was also nice and welcoming. They educated me on stuff and gave me suggestions for my dental care. I definitely suggest them to anyone in the area!

The best dentist and dental office care I have ever had. Everyone is friendly and I love the Friday hours that most dentists don't have, and they have always worked me in whenever I had needs, even if not an "emergency".
Dental work is never enjoyable, but I have full trust in my dentist. He takes the time to fully explain any and all questions. I can not rate him or his staff any higher. If you're anywhere near his office and need a new or different dentist, in my opinion, you can't go wrong to check him out for yourself.

I don’t normally enjoy going to the dentist, so I was really nervous about my first appointment with a new dental clinic, but I’m happy to say that Mid TN Dentistry - Antioch exceeded my expectations. From a clean facility to amazing, friendly staff, I was so impressed with my experience. I definitely recommend this place, especially for nervous dentist goers like me!

I love this office! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, more than pleasant. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but these guys really care about your health. They explain what's going on instead of whispering medical jargon to each other. Rinnetta and Laurie are absolutely awesome!

I wish that I could give zero stars. Every time I go there is a different dentist and different hygienist. I scheduled an appointment and a cleaning. After my x rays were taken and the dentist spent less than 4 seconds examining my mouth, they told me since I missed the last visit I would require a "deep cleaning" which after my good Vanderbilt Delta Dental insurance would cost me over $900 out of pocket. My insurance pays for a cleaning every 6 months but they said that I wasn't eligible for that benefit since I missed the last visit. (According to my insurance is a load of BS!) On my last visit there, they told me that I needed a crown, which I thought odd bc I had not had any issues, this time when I went I was told that my teeth were in great shape, no cavities, but if I didn't want tooth loss, I should get the deep clean. When I asked about the crown, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Pretty good scam they are trying to play there. BEWARE!!!
