I recently had an outstanding experience and because they are so consistent, I wanted to take time to share. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. The hygienist was incredibly pleasant and thorough, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. I sure wish I had her name - she’s so thorough and even provided recommendations. Dr. McNeely performed my cleaning and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I greatly appreciated. His professionalism and gentle approach put me at ease instantly. I had an urgent issue with a filling, and Dr. Viloria was able to see me the same day. He swiftly and expertly fixed my filling, and I was so relieved by how smoothly it all went. Every step of the way, the team shows exceptional care and expertise. Their dedication to patient care is evident, and I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental practice. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, look no further!

Our family of 7 has been going here since 2022 for regular dental maintenance. The staff are fast and efficient at the same time. They are also friendly. The only suggestion I have is to add on their yearly checklist forms a ‘no changes from previous year’ check box so we don’t have to keep filling out the same form every year. Other than that, five stars!

I recently had a wonderful first time experience at the dentist's office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The highlight for me was definitely the television in the treatment room—it's such a great touch! Watching my favorite show really helped me relax and made the time fly by during my cleaning. Everything was done efficiently and my teeth felt incredibly clean afterwards. I truly appreciate how they go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant visit. Can't recommend them enough!

Our family has been receiving care from McNeely Family Dentistry since the practice opened in Harrisburg. We have several generations who go there. The entire staff is amazing. The dentists are wonderful. We have recommended this practice to numerous friends and neighbors and everyone is always happy. If you are looking for a dental practice that meets the needs of every age, I highly recommend McNeely and Mallette. Our grandchildren love them and look forward to going. There’s never any fear or apprehension and Dr. McNeely and the staff are wonderful with the youngest kids and they take good care of us old folks too.

First impression of this dentist. Its 12 mins from my house and accepts united health dental insurance. Everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The office was more busy than any dentist office I've ever seen. It was clean and bright with nice outside views. The dentist was gentle and thorough. I believe they provide great care BUT... they said they're cleanings are booked way out. I figured they meant like 6 to 8 weeks. The assistant said that they were booked out 9 months. The solution was to send me to their office 30 minutes away or add me to their cancellation list to get me in sooner. To me if your that far out you should not be accepting new patients. It also sounded like you may not always be with the same dentist all the time or you might be waiting to keep your care with the same dentist which isn't too much of a bother but, it's usually good to stay with the same provider not to stay with the practice and have whatever dentist is available in the practice. Of note they had sent me a questionnaire prior to the appointment that I filled out. When I got there they didn't have the information. I had to fill it out again. That was annoying.
