I came here from another commercial dentistry. Who I felt was treating me like a used car on an assembly line. They have done amazing in giving me the diagnosis, options, and individual care that I needed. Shelly, office manager, has done amazingly in explaining every question I’ve had. A because of the last place, I’ve had A LOT. Dr McManugal spent a lot of time looking at every tooth, and explained exactly what he suggested. The other place wanted to pull 12 teeth. Dr McManugal suggested 7 could be saved, for now. Amazing service, amazing staff, who care for the people in their chair.

I have autism and I get really anxious before the dentist. I was pretty nervous today, but as soon as I walked in I saw that the office was decorated beautiful. I I
Immediately felt comfortable. They were also really fast even though I was a new patient. Dawn was my hygienist today and she was very upfront and honest why she had to take so many x-rays. I will be back

I can't recommend this place for Botox. They don't tell you the type or brand they are dispensing, but consistently tell you how "fresh" it is (red flag). They don't mark your face for proper placement and don't take before/after photos. I've been using Botox for more than 5 years and the last time I went here the Botox lasted one month. I called them and they would not stand behind their product or offer to save me as a customer. Instead, they gaslit me and told me it's was my skin / my fault. There are way better Botox clinics in the area. My visit here was a waste of money and a terrible experience. Don't go here.

My previous dentist no longer accepts my insurance so i researched to find another dentist . I was lucky to find Dr. McManigal Family Dentistry.
I was welcomed by the receptionist whom was friendly, professional and made check in process a breeze.
Jen was my dental hygienist and i felt like she did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and was able to explain why my gums were tender in certain spots.
Dr. McManigal looked at my teeth and asked if i had any concerns .
My visit to Dr. McManigals Office exceeded my expectations and I would encourage anyone looking for top notch dental care to schedule an appointment with him.

Have spent thousands of dollars on root canals, fillings and cleanings at this place. Was forced to cancel an appointment I had today and was charged $50, a fee they would not waive, despite my request that it be waived.
Couldn't call the day before because they were closed (Tuesday) and I was told I should have left a message, but I figured they wouldn't get the message until today anyways so why would it matter.
(Nor was I aware of the same day cancelation fee) Nevertheless, $50 seems steep for a same day cancelation, although I wouldn't know because I have never canceled with them before. I guess the moral of the story is "read the fine print". I will be moving to a different office and will no longer recommend them. I understand the policy and why it is in place, but I am a recurring customer, who still needs a lot of work done Even a one time waive to warn me that this was a thing with the understanding that it wouldnt happen again would have placated me, informed me on the policy and kept me coming back. Instead, for $50 I'm in the market for a new dentist.
Update: As a response to the owners comments below, I would like thank them for their professional response but would like to point out to anyone reading this that the office can and will waive the fees for people if they deem it appropriate. So anyone who has to cancel last minute will be subject to their arbitrary system of deciding whether your reason is good enough or not. So please keep that in mind. I was not asked for a reason why I needed to cancel, nor was the fact that I couldnt cancel the day before taken into consideration. I am at least happy to hear that my fifty dollar fee (for canceling a cleaning) will help keep the lights on and keep employees staffed at a company who charges thousands of dollars for their procedures (some of which being mine) and works with insurance companies to collect on tens of thousands of dollars. Interestingly, I also need that $50 to help keep the lights on at my house and feed my family. But it sounds like they need it more than me so I am glad I could help. I suppose I should have just had a better reason to cancel. Again thank you to Mcmanigal Family Dentistry for the work they have assisted with me in the past, the professional response to this review and I wish them the best of luck in finding new patients.
