Dr. Florence was excellent, gentle and kind. She’s very personable and remembers things about you, which lets you know she cares about you as an individual. Her assistance was very nice and gets things prepared and done efficiently. The office team is very warm friendly and greets you when you enter the office doors. Exceptional service every time.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Office is clean, bright, and welcoming. I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in quickly and give me a temporary fix before I get a root canal in just a few days. Very grateful and thankful for the wonderful service they provided me.

Mapledale Dentistry have always provided me with excellent care. Always willing to give me a call if any cancellations before my scheduled appointments. They provide the best service in dental care, from cleanings to fillings.

I have been coming to mapledale family dentistry for over 10 years and i have nothing but good things to say about them. The women in the front are beyond sweet and the dentists in the back as well. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and i always feel good leaving there. Highly recommend!:-)

As someone who works in healthcare administration, it's very refreshing to have the front desk staff able to answer your questions about deductible and coinsurance accurately and confidently. My expenses have so far always been aligned with what was quoted to me ahead of time. I came here about 6 years ago and just recently returned. I'm glad I did! Dr. Lin was amazing and had excellent bedside manner. I was nervous about a lengthy procedure, but she continuously reassured me throughout I was doing great and everything was going well. Highly recommend!
