Such a horrible first visit. My daughter was referred here because she needed braces. The orthodontist embarrassed her and told her they wouldn't help her because she didn't brush her teeth. Which is a lie. She has an autoimmune disease that causes teeth problems. Had they not judged her first I wouldn't be writing this. The girl at the front never said one word to me, just handed me a clipboard. The only kind person was the lady who x-rayed my daughter's mouth. My daughter is super self conscious about her appearance enough and I don't need some grown woman making it worse for her. My insurance company said the services would be approved. I have spoken to them a few times setting it up. Lucas Orthodontic just emailed me and said it was denied. (How convenient). I am so glad, now I can protect my daughter from their judgement.

We absolutely love Lucas Orthodontic Group! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our initial evaluation was very informative. We got evaluations from 3 different orthodontists before deciding on Lucas. We will eventually have to have orthodontic work for both of our kids, and I'm so glad we chose Lucas. Our son loves the monthly contest and give aways that they run. It makes it fun!

The staff at the Gallatin location is so open, honest and friendly! My son was a little nervous and they treat him so great, talking him through every step. The office is so beautiful and always clean! We got a few orthodontic opinions but none impressed us like here. Definitely recommend!

Lucas Orthodontic Group in Gallatin is by far the best office I have ever been to. The staff is especially kind and the office atmosphere is very welcoming. I find myself always excited for my next appointment!
Dr. Collins is always thorough with the treatment progress and the assistants are just as informative. Can’t wait for my results!

Lucas orthodontics has been wonderful. They have been very informative from the start from pricing to insurance coverage and what the start to finish process would be like and how long this process would be. They have made my daughter very comfortable with all the is occurring and has my daughter very excited for the entire process. The staff is fantastic, always friendly, caring and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing any orthodontics assistance.
