I will start by saying the only good thing about this office was the ladies at the front desk. They were all pleasant and helpful. But that’s where anything good about this place ends. I cannot tell you which dentist I had, as she never introduced herself, and her mask completely covered her face (which is normal). My visit started 2 minutes late, as I couldn’t find the building, and I called for directions 3 times before I finally found it. GPS couldn’t find it either, which didn’t help. It was my first time with this office, and I printed out and filled all of my first time patient paperwork at home. The receptionist even commented on my due diligence. She asked if I had to use the restroom, which I did. All in all I was sat and in the waiting room at 3:05 after all was said and done(my appointment was at 3). I was the only person in the waiting room at the time, when a technician came and waved me to the back. As this is a long winded story already, I was moved three separate times, and called two different patients’ names before they figured out where to put me and who I was. I was then given a new technician who was completely unaware of what he was doing when it came to X-rays. I don’t fault him, he was definitely set up for failure as nobody was there to support him. Another technician ended up retaking a handful of my X-rays. Then 40 minutes later the dentist showed up. She then lectured me about how next time I will have my appointment canceled for showing up late and wasting their time. She went on to say I spent too much time in the lobby filling out paperwork(which was a blatant lie), using the restroom(which I was in for all of 3 minutes), and how I need to be more responsible. I then told her how wrong she was about everything and how I was moved 3 times before I ended up where I needed to be. All she said was, “Oh, my staff didn’t tell me that.” This was truly the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The front desk made my appointment for me to get a crown and a filling done, but after going home and ruminating on my experience, I cancelled and decided to find a new dentist. I would not give this place a dime of my money or another moment of my time. Hope this helps others make an informed decision when it comes to their oral care.

I had an appointment with Lee Dentistry to get my crown done and my experience with this place was absolutely horrible. During my crown procedure Dr Aziz and her other person Gloria who does the x-rays and stuff started gossiping about their new employee on how badly she cleans. Dr. Aziz literally stopped what she was doing and continued the gossip with her coworker Gloria while I am laying down on the chair and waiting for my procedure to be finished. After they finished the gossip, now it was the time to talk about Dr. Aziz's cat on how friendly or unfriendly her cat is and again, I am laying down on the chair literally between the two of them. Some time I just do not understand where these people get their training and degree from that does not teach them even a little bit of professionalism. I never put review on businesses website, but this experience made me take my time to fill up their survey and also put this review as well. I am leaving this survey so not only these two individuals that I mentioned their names here but also other employees who need help receive some coaching from their leadership team so other patient like me does not experience what I experienced. Not to mention, there are some good trainings required on the technical side as well. I am not happy with the job they have done on my teeth.

I cannot give an accurate assessment of my June 11, 2024 appointment because dental treatment never began. My 2 teeth hurt. I was offered to pull out these 2 teeth and in addition 3 more teeth, and in total 5 teeth were pulled out, which I do not agree with! Okay, I agree to pull out 2 teeth that hurt, but why pull out 3 teeth that don’t hurt?! I asked to start treatment to repair fillings on other teeth, but the doctor did not even consider this issue! That’s why I still don’t understand whether teeth are treated here or just removed? My next appointment was scheduled for August 12th! I believe that my treatment is postponed for a very long time!

They make you feel comfortable. But the dentists do what they want, not what you want. I told them over and over to pull my 4 broken teeth at once at my visit. That way the pain would be gone. Well, they did a root canals on one, and it was on the side that wasn't hurting. Now I am forced to deal with the pain on the opposite side.
