I was very impressed when I came to Lane Associates Dentistry. First thing I like was there lobby setting. Nice thick leather couch and chairs.( may me feel comfortable already because I dont like dentists with a passion). Then the front ladies are so pleasant. Especially one sorry I forgot her name but she wears a turban all the time. She always has a beautiful smile. You don't wait long to see the doctor. I just went to a different dentist 6 months ago and my tooth that was fix broke again. So I changed insurance so I could go to a different dentistry. And I think I found the right one for me. It's only going to take 3 months for my mouth work, compare to the other one which took 6 months. And at the end of the day I don't like the work done to my teeth. I will come back with the final results. Hopefully I dont have to go back until another 3 yrs. I really dont like dentist. But so far Lane Associates is good in my book.

Nakia is by far the best dental hygienist my family has ever seen. She is kind, professional, attentive, and amazing with our kids as well. One of our children has autism and will not see anyone else. We appreciate the care we are given here. The front desk staff and dentists are wonderful too. My family and I are always treated like people and not just numbers. Very thankful.

I am in a on going battle with this company for over 5 years to return my money for a service that was not rendered to me. This is a major company and all I asked for in the beginning is my money back. I constantly keep getting the runaround with these people. I have to pay for my service up front, before being seen, but when money is owed back I have to wait years to get it back! Somebody please help me understand??? I’m tired of waiting. I was miss treated by the doctor and his nurse now that the both of them are gone, but it is not a excuse to not pay my money back. This is a rip off and I need my money back. It’s ashamed that a “faith based” company has chosen to hold on to a fellow faith believers money. Scripture says when it’s within thy power to pay don’t tell them to come back another day. I work hard for my money just like they do. I’m just saying. I’m tired of being silent.

I absolutely love the Knightdale Lane & Associates office location. Everyone is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and takes time to understand your needs. The Office Manager Kenya is superb! If you ever need a root canal Dr. Patel is most certainly the man for the job. He is extremely patient, professional, and explains the process throughly. He even returns calls from patients which is hard to find in a medical professional. From the first visit with Dr. Patel for a consult, to coming back for the procedure he has exceed my expectations. The Knightdale Lane & Associates location has truly changed my opinion and experience with Lane & Associates Family Dentistry. I highly recommend the Knightdale location they are definitely worth the drive.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND working here if you're considering future employment. HR, corporate & management are not understanding of life situations especially employees who have children or health issues. I’d only recommend working here if you’re perfectly healthy & have no kids or any situation in life that will cause you to miss days because this company does not accommodate life situations & no understanding that things do happen. My infant was having a lot of health issues for a long period of time and I had to make many doctor visits to figure out the cause, we took him to the hospital and got the diagnosis & thankfully he is better now but even showing proof and having doctors notes I got dinged for each absence and tardy. Which is understandable because it still is a place of employment but it just seems like certain employees can get away with certain things where as others can’t, lots of favoritism goes on. Some doctors feel very entitled as if they have years and years of experience and corporate only looks out for certain people. It felt like a high school instead of a work place. So I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. Looks great on the outside but the most issues on the inside, typical unnecessary work place drama. High turnover rate average pay & again… DRAMA!
