I switched here after having a less-than-stellar at another local dental provider, and I'm very glad I did! The staff - from the front desk to the techs to the hygienist and the doctor - were all so kind and welcoming and answered all of my questions. My experience was very positive and I look forward to going back!

My dental hygienist literally put in work on my teeth. She went in there and scraped and cleaned and did everything she could. It was a very thorough job. What took it over the edge was she added fluoride gel to my teeth. I looked at her I said is there something new I’ve never had this done before? She explained to me that it helps with protecting your teeth from cavities. The whole team was very courteous, productive, clean and organized. I rate this place and staff a 10!

I was, initially, impressed with the efficiency of the office but after two visits, I can see how profit on unnecessary products and procedures is a driving force. I have a tiny gap between my two front teeth so I wasn’t surprised that they tried to sell Invisalign at my first visit. But when my 24yo son went in for his initial visit and he has not only had traditional braces recently but also another invisible aligner company and has beautiful teeth and they still tried to sell a person in their young 20s who’s a graduate student a $5000 service and make him self-conscious about the alignment of his teeth, it was a red flag. I did decide to return six months later for my second cleaning and planned to talk to them about this. They, then, solicited more procedures that are not covered by dental insurance including an oral cancer screening (which is often free at dentist’s offices) and hydroxy gen which retails for far less at other dental offices. I paid for it there but of their sales pitch and the concern they present you if you don’t get them especially right after a cleaning. I, subsequently, did some research regarding the price of the product wholesale and the average retail at other dental offices. I will not return. I used to go to a dentist in Lake Mary who I know from my first year of medical school gross anatomy class (I’m an MD) and she is there to not push unnecessary products and services. The sign in the waiting room stating that a dentist is injecting Botox should have been a heads-up for me.
