In short, my experience at Lake Pointe Family Dentistry has been nothing short of wonderful and has exceeded all of my expectations. It is the single best dental practice I have ever been to.
I have been fearful of going to the dentist since I was a teenager (and avoided going at all costs) until I had a dental emergency. They were able to fit me in for a visit the same week I called. Upon arrival, Dr. Qazi and her entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—even when my anxiety started to get the best of me. She’s worked with me to create a care plan that accommodates what I need to address my oral health concerns while accommodating my anxieties without judgement. Additionally, she and her team file the necessary insurance paperwork to ensure that my care is covered accordingly. I cannot recommend Dr. Qazi and her practice enough and am so thankful I found them because I am finally on a journey toward taking care of my oral health in an environment that is incredibly comforting and caring.

I got charged $75 arriving late to an appointment that was scheduled 12 hours earlier. I think all patients need to be told of this at the time of making an appointment so that they can decide to make an appointment or not. Especially if you’re a new customer. It was the first time I went & the last time. Really disappointed. Don’t recommend at all. Spent your money where you’re valued. & too expensive, check with your insurance first. Good luck.

I was a patient at Lake Pointe for years, but chose to find a dentist closer to where I live and for that I am so glad. I had a horrible experience dealing with a small insurance claim that was filed incorrectly by Lake Pointe multiple times. The service was on November 2021 and the first claim was filed incorrectly over 6 months after the service. A month later they filed it incorrectly again and waited another 6 months to file another incorrect claim. When it was finally done correctly, it was way outside coverage window and of course my insurance was not going to pay it because it was out of the 12 month coverage window. I was notified about this almost 2 years later. I spoke to my insurance company about the claim and they gave me all of the details about the situation. When I called Lake Pointe back and left a voicemail they never called me back and just sent me another letter saying that they had exhausted all of their efforts and refused to write it off. I hope no one else has to experience what did.

I went to this dentist because my wife did, but we both have since left. My wife was recently billed for a procedure she got done over a year and a half ago out of the blue. Their reasoning was that "the insurance company didn't cover it". We called the insurance company to inquire about it and they told us that the dentist office filed the paperwork too late so they were not going to cover it since the window for coverage had passed. We called back and told them because it was their fault for filing late paperwork, we would not cover their mistake with our money. They told us that is fine, but it would go to collections since "we owed them the money". Long story short, we paid the $160 because we didn't want our credit to take a hit. I can only hope someone will read this and stay away making it cost them more than $160 for their mistake, and then gaslighting us to pay since our insurance company wouldn't after they filed the paperwork over a year later.
Also, during covid when technicians (like everyone else) were leaving all practices for better paying gigs, Dr. Quazi had lost so many of them (which I can only assume was because of their pay) that she herself had to start doing teeth cleanings. This was the time I decided to no longer go. She complained the entire time about losing employees and how she didn't deserve to lose the employees. I guess they left for something more than pay because I can only imagine what she says when actual clients aren't in the chair. Stay away.

Not only is this location filled with warmth and serenity as soon as you walk in but the staff are ridiculously friendly, helpful, and well conversed. You can tell the architect of this business venture really put thought and effort into pleasing the customer and continues to strive for excellence. The actual dentist/owner is brilliant, intelligent, super welcoming and left me wanting an actual friendship outside than just a customer! Haha she took her time to intellectually explain everything and really showed care to her customer! i have saved the best for last- when you actually sit in the dentist chair- the window view is gorgeous! The equipment is state of the art! Meaning you’ll see all your teeth on a flat screen with way too many pixels and lastly- the Dentist CHAIR MASSAGES YOUR BACK THE wWHOLE TIME your there!! Clearly my experience was extraordinary, but if you ever considered a change in dentistry and want to feel wonderful when you visit, don’t cheat yourself! give this place a visit! You will not regret it!
