My son came into your dental clinic today to have his wisdom teeth removed. Dr Joshua Hyatt was the oral surgeon. I was not impressed with him at all. He never once introduced himself to me or to my son and he never actually spoke to me because he was too busy looking at my son's paperwork. He clearly did not want to be there today dealing with a bunch of Medicaid kids. His bedside manner was non-existent. I am sure that I'm not the only one in that office today who thought that this particular oral surgeon was complete jerk. I am extremely thankful that I will never have to deal with this doctor again! Very disappointed today. Also the staff never notified me that my son was finished with his surgery. I had a friend act as our driver today and they went ahead and put my son in her car before they even notified me that he was finished. My friend had to actually come around to the front of the clinic to tell me that my son was already finished. It seems that this oral surgeon and his team have no communication between one another. It seems if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Again I was very disappointed!

My son has been coming here since he was 1 years old. Their staff here are sooo very friendly. Ms. Ty is beyond amazing, the patience she showed with my son when he was fearful is remarkable. Ms. Heather is so kid friendly, she’s like a Disney character. She’s perfect for a dental office. I’ve had some really good experiences here with my son and I both.

Front staff and nurses were awesome!!! Thank you ladies. The surgeon on the other hand was not friendly and arrogant. DO NOT TELL MY SON ABOUT COMMON SENSE! Bad choice of words for post op instructions!

Took my son to Crescent Dental must say the experience from beginning to end was phenomenal the experience was amazing the staff was helpful professional friendly this mom has no complaints they explained everything that was being wasn’t in the dark about anything with that being said I’d recommend to anyone that are looking to find Dental Care for their child or children I recommend Crescent Dental Care

They are terrible at appointments. I called to reschedule my daughter appointment because her braces were hurting and they gave me an appointment for three days out the day before the appointment they called and told me that the appointment was made on the general side and it’s nothing they can do I have to keep my appointment regular appointment and they can’t help her pain and today on my appointment day I been had they cancel it and said I never confirm when I spoke to someone it’s crazy how unprofessional they are or don’t have time when they making the mistakes of my daughter didn’t get braces here I would never come back I took off two days for appointments they didn’t honor RUN FROM THIS PLACE
