My experience was the "best". Dr. ABBAS was very caring, gentle and soothing. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I never had 6 teeth pulled at one time before, so I was nervous about how sore my mouth would be the next day. I am not in pain and feeling good. This is the best experience that I have ever experienced. I am 💯% pleased. To God be the Glory!😇🤗👍🏼🙌🏽🙏🏽

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called this office panicking because my daughter had unbearable pain due to a crown placed by another practice. Our previous dentist had her scheduled for August 21. We knew she couldn't wait this long. So I called at 330pm and the following day at 930am they were able to do the root canal and save her tooth. My daughter said Dr Abbas was professional, calm, and knew
his stuff! Thank you so much for making her smile again! We highly recommend this practice and will be returning.

Horrible customer service.
Get a text message saying I need to reschedule an appointment. Called and left 3 messages with absolutely no response. Sent them an EMAIL and still have received no response.
This isn't the first time I've had to jump through hoops to get something rescheduled because of something at the Dentist office. I shouldn't have to call to reschedule. You should be calling me.
Will be finding a new dentist after being a patient of theirs for 8+ years.
EDIT: Based on the response from the Owner I'd like to ask. How would I contact the Office Manager directly if 3 voices mails and an email directly to your office wasn't enough to get a phone call returned? Do I need to camp in the lobby?

The dental hygienist was incredibly friendly and personable. She was thoughtful with regard to every detail from scheduling my next appointment to my comfort during the cleaning. The actual cleaning was thorough and painless. The check up with the dentist was quick but efficient. I couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience.

The assistant (?) that worked with me was awesome, she was so good at keeping me calm and not scared. Every question I had was answered, and not one person I dealt with was rude in any way. Everyone was friendly and kind. I won't be looking any farther for dental work, I'm staying with them.
