I started going here because it was close to our home. As a new patient, I enrolled 3 children in services on our account. I gave all new and correct insurance info. Before I left the office after our appt I asked if everything was good to go. They said yes. A month later I received an email that one out of 3 of my children does not have the correct insurance info on file. I responded and told them to check her siblings account and they will find the info. I also called and gave the info over the phone. I did a second visit, same procedure. Check insurance info when I got there. Took us back in the room. Checked out and everything was good per the office staff. A month goes by and I just received a second email. Then I checked my mail and I have a letter from a previous insurance advising that this dental office is trying to bill. I am now furious because they are claiming fraud on my part and I never gave this dental office their information or authorization to bill this previous insurance! So the fact that they would do that is crazy. How did that find that insurance? mind you I gave them my current insurance so they didn’t have to look at the old one! Then I also received a letter from my current insurance claiming fraud because I have two insurances open, which I do not. This has all stemmed from this dental office, trying to bill incorrectly. During this whole ordeal, Kidz dental never once called me to discuss. They only communicate via email but somehow they don’t respond back through email? It doesn’t make sense and I will no longer be going here for my children’s dental services. Please stay away, they are not worth the headache and doing shady business.

Kidz dental is a very good and family friendly. They tried their best to provide the best services for their patients. I have been with them for 4 years now and Every time I go there with my kids we are treated nicely. All the nurses are so nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend kids dental to all families

Great office I love it and would highly recommend. They I sure the children are comfortable and they explain everything every step of the way! The office is clean friendly and welcoming, Great team of staff members in the entire facility!

I scheduled for 3pm appointment for my 2 kids.I was called at 2pm stating that they can't do my kids cleaning because there xray machine was not working. I told them it's fine I can proceed without xrays. The lady on the phone said let me check with the doctor and then came back and said come on in. I told them I can even come in earlier and they said come on in. So I picked up my kids and came to the office and Jessica the Manager said that they can't see my kids because they don't have x-rays since 2021. Whoever called me at 2pm Said they can see me. I'm assuming they overbooked me or Dr was stepping out of the office and they used xray machine not working as an excuse. I took off of work and picked kids up early from school and then I was denied an appointment. I have asked to be deactivated and when I told Jessica the manager that I was unhappy and I would leave a review she said go ahead. So they obviously don't care. I would stay if you value your time stay clear of this office.
