My experience with Dr. Mack and his team has been flawless from start to finish. My daughter has some disabilities and prior to seeing Dr. Mack had to be sedated for any dental procedures. Both the orthodontists and staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. Her new smile is simply beautiful. Coming from a dental background, I am extremally careful when selecting specialists and I have had no concerns through out the process. I have with out hesitation recommended Dr. Mack to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for my daughters lovely new smile. Please feel free to use me as a reference any time.
My son had braces twice with Dr Mack (as a child and then as a teen) to correct his bite and straighten his teeth. The second time, my son tried Invisalign and was non compliant over our protests. Dr Mack always told us the truth without being harsh about what that non compliance would mean, and after a while, we agreed that braces were going to be a better option. My son now has a beautiful smile and Dr. Mack is one of my favorite people. He is truly an inspiration as someone who holds himself to high standards of excellence as a lifelong learner, and we feel truly blessed to have him as a role model for our child.
Dr. Mack is a fantastically talented orthodontist. What’s special about his office is the fact that Dr. Mack and his team are so friendly and warm. Dr. Mack has an amazing capacity to listen to his patients and take into account the patient and parents input to achieve the ideal smile. He is an amazing listener that can hear your input whether it be a patient or anybody that comes with you at the appointment. Dr. Mack is also an amazing support for someone who is undergoing orthodontic treatment. As much as he is an amazingly detailed doctor he is also outstanding at motivating and encouraging his patients to get that great smile. Sometimes when you do ortho and especially if you do Invisalign and you might get discouraged because sometimes it’s hard to where the aligners for so long dr. Mack and his team do an amazing job of motivating you to continue doing the patient part to get the job done. He’s unique in the sense that he takes the job seriously but he’s able to kindly empower the patients and be a cheerleader to help them get the smile they want. I recommend Dr. Mack with 10 stars If you’re looking for a talented orthodontist who has a heart of gold and can support you kindly and warmly to get the smile you want.
