Always a very excellent visit due to Dr. Copeland and his staff. Exceptional care from Dr. Copeland and very kind and friendly and helpful care from his staff including the office staff and receptionists. I have been with Copeland Family Dentistry for several years and will be there hopefully for many more years to come.

I had concerns about the latest COVID surge timing with my appointment, and they got me an early morning appointment while there were fewer people in the office, and also opened the window and turned on an air filter (one cubicle has windows). I really appreciate the accommodations!

I highly recommend this dentist office. The staff were extremely welcoming and super nice. Shawna, Sheila, and Ken were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were the nicest group of people I have met. I will be coming back for any dental work I need done in the future!

An amazing dental office and experience. I drive more than an hour to come to Ken Copeland Family Dentistry because of the people, the technology, the caring attitudes, and Dr Copeland who is a wonderful dentist. I feel like I have visited family after each visit. I love this place.

In the area from Virginia Beach and was experiencing significant pain from a tooth infection. Called the office at 9:03am and was in the office, and in the chair by 10am!! Ended up getting the tooth extracted. All staff present were very friendly and accommodating. Autum was super friendly, informative, and a source of comfort throughout. I appreciated Dr. Ken's pragmatic approach to my issue. Even though Virginia Beach is 3.5 hours away...I may be back! Kudos to Copeland Team!
