Johnson Orthodontics has been such a pleasure to work with. My first day, Erica, was SO helpful on explaining my treatment and cost. Jennifer is what every office needs when you enter- she is kind, cheerful and all smiles (no pun 😅). Lastly, Dr.Johnson- he always made me feel top priority when I was in his chair regardless of all the other patients surrounding, very thorough with his work and where I stood with my progression. The whole team is so welcoming and I would 100% recommend them. Thanks to them, I’m beyond confident with my smile!

Johnson Orthodontics is an office full of courteous, helpful, and kind staff. I so appreciate the easy scheduling and appointment reminders. This is a clinic fully devoted to the care and health of their patients. Children can be very self-conscious about their teeth. What strikes me is that my daughter leaves their office with a smile on her face... every single time. Each of the staff members does their best to help you feel welcomed and heard. I see and hear Dr. Johnson being thorough and thoughtful with care plans, empowering his patients to make good, healthful decisions about their teeth, while encouraging positive self-image throughout each stage of their care.

Very Pleased with the whole experience all around. Every single interaction the front desk staff, admin, assistants and Dr Johnson has been so wonderful each and every time; they are all so hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable etc. All establishments should run as efficiently as this practice; they are amazing at what they do, great team work! My sons progress is coming along nicely and he LOVES to go to the appts! Thank you all for everything you do and for taking such good care of my boys smile!

I have been visiting Johnson Orthodontics for close to a year now for my braces treatment. Dr. Johnson and his team have turned what was once a terrifying idea for me into a seamless experience! I grew up in an area where dental care wasn't the highest priority and I allowed myself to fall into my late 20's/early 30's before seeking regular dental care/braces. Dr. Johnson and his staff don't look back on and point out my mistakes; they are focused on helping me move forward. Dr. Johnson exhibits a rare "bedside manner" that I have not often experienced in any form of health care, not just dentistry.

When we moved to Roanoke we already had one child in braces. We now have a different child in braces, and we're sure to have at least two of the others in braces. 😮💨 Johnson Orthodontics is amazing! Every staff member that we have come in contact with has been helpful, kind, polite, and warm. Dr. Johnson never talks down to his pediatric patients which I LOVE and it makes my kids feel so much more comfortable. On top of all this, they do a great job! My children are cursed with small mouths and large teeth. He has fixed their overcrowding issues and I couldn't be happier with the results. Now if I can only get my teenager to wear his retainer! 😂
