Impressed on my first visit. They provide a very relaxing atmosphere and i received excellent service and care, from the front desk personnel to the hygenist Leo and assistant I had that day (I'm so sorry-I forgot her name!) and especially by Dr Andre. He explained everything to me, listened to my concerns, came up with an understandable and easy to follow treatment plan, and made me feel at ease. Many thanks to the entire office and staff for a very positive experience.

Do NOT go to this office!!! There have been a couple of remarks about the hygienist being rude and rough. Those comments are absolutely correct, so no need to go further. I was there in December 2023 for a cleaning and check-up, including x-rays. The dentist saw that I had a bump on my gum and asked me if I felt any discomfort, to which I said that I didn't. He just shrugged and said not to worry about it. Turns out I have an old root canal that had a root break. There's infection and bone loss. I'm going to lose the tooth and am faced with more complicated treatment as a result. When this first started causing pain, I called to make an appointment only to be told "We don't have a provider in the office today and we can't get you in until April. We can put you on the cancelation list, though." I accepted the cancelation thing. I called about six days later because things were not getting better. I was then told that they only have a provider in the office two days that week and none the next. What???? Good thing I kept calling! I'm going to another dentist and have an appointment with a specialist. Good thing I did not rely on the terrible service and staff of this office! Stay AWAY!!!! EDIT: They had the nerve to say "Less than great"? Are they KIDDING???? What I experienced was somewhere between gross negligence and willful malpractice and they call it less than great? I've already talked to the office. I'd rather gouge out my teeth with a plastic fork than set foot in that office ever again. Further to this, when I went to another dentist's office yesterday, the ASSISTANT took ONE LOOK at the x-ray and got the extraction kit out, but their doctor said it was okay? Apparently, at the new office, the Assistants are better dentists. I was told that the doctor that I'm complaining about doesn't work there anymore, but that doesn't matter. Edit: March 21st, 2024. I went to my new dentist today. They had asked this dentist for my x-rays but they didn't send them. After the new office called, they sent the x-rays over. They were of such poor quality that the new office had to redo the whole series. I'm filing a formal complaint with the insurance company.

I had a very negative experience at this dental clinic, which started when I sought treatment for a necessary root canal as recommended by my previous dentist. From the beginning, the competence of the clinic was questionable. Despite initial confirmation that they could perform a root canal, the actual service was grossly inadequate. During my first visit, Dr. Andre merely performed a routine cleaning and other unrelated procedures, inexplicably delaying the important root canal. Even the cleaning procedure was a nightmare. Dr. Andre was so rough as if he was fighting with my teeth. When I returned after a few months, following their orders, Dr. Andre suddenly suggested that a root canal might not be needed. He just did some cleaning and filling. Trusting their professional judgment was a mistake. This misjudgment resulted in severe and prolonged toothache. At the next visit, Dr. Andre finally admitted the need for a root canal but then admitted his inability to perform it. This lack of foresight and honesty from the beginning is inexcusable and a sign of professional incompetence. The overall communication was terrible. Dr. Andre's explanations were either non-existent or misleading, leading to unnecessary and painful treatments. Some teeth were cleaned and filled without justification, raising serious concerns about their standards of practice. My experience with this clinic was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of misdiagnosis, poor communication, and unnecessary treatments is unacceptable. I strongly recommend not to use the services of this clinic. Their approach to dental care is not only unprofessional but negligent, leaving patients in pain and confusion. If it was possible to give a lower rating than the minimum, this clinic would definitely deserve it.

Great Dentist office with good people, the dental hygienist Leo is great and helps with all my questions and all around is a pleasure to work with! Dr. Andre is extremely knowledgable and helped me bring my gums back to life along with Leo. Definitely recommend this office.
