My wife, my youngest son and myself had braces from this location. A great experience and group of people! Also, great results with our braces! I highly recommend going there if you or a family member or friend needs braces. Dr. Jordan does a wonderful job. Also, all of his assistants. Linda is very kind to check you in and to help you. Furthermore, Adrienne does a fantastic job of helping you with the pricing and payments for your braces.
First impressions matter. We had a fantastic experience at Grinz, Archdale. Adrienne was not only welcoming and joyful, but knowledgeable and professional as she assisted us. Dr. Jordan and the front office staff equally made us feel welcomed and reassured-in a landscape of many options, that we landed in a good spot! We are looking forward to going through the ‘braces’ process here at this practice with our son.
SIMPLY AMAZING!!! On our first visit we felt very comfortable. The costumer service was great. The doctor took his time evaluating my daughter and explained every step. They were 100% transparent and went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. That was almost a year ago and the service hasn’t changed a bit. The staff greats each client by name like they have known you for years. My 11 year old daughter loves it. They are truly invested into their clients and it shows. I am blown away with how uplifting the environment is. By far the best costumer service I have ever experienced with a company!!
I love Grinz in Archdale. Location is close by my house. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable, welcoming environment, staff and office. Great communication and appointment reminders! Such kind and friendly people with a great team that offered good payment plans and options for my needs. I can’t wait to see my new smile!! Accepted my insurance and HSA!!! Grinz Orthodontist in Archdale is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly very welcoming each time I visit. Adrienne is super helpful and does a great job at explaining the financial aspect of getting braces. I currently have braces and my daughter is getting hers put on next week!
