Today we experienced Rappaport Dental for the first time. Our visit started with a phone call to Molly who warmly welcomed us and sent us paperwork to fill out prior to our visit. (how awesome to not have to worry about filling it out right before the appointment hurriedly) we arrived about 10 minutes early and were offered cookies, sugar free drinks, coffee, espresso, the works! The office is absolutely gorgeous too! Samantha got us back exactly at our appointment time, she was kind, gentle, very accommodating and very knowledgeable. She showed us the x rays and scans that were taken (very technologically advanced treatment offered here) Dr. Drew did a very thorough exam and went over what each tooth needed and gave us an over all plan for our long term goals to be met. He answered all of our questions and we felt that our comfort and knowledge were absolutely the thing first on his mind. Samantha introduced us to Sarah who cleaned us up, she was hilarious, and made us both feel right at home! My dad fell asleep during her cleaning! We enjoyed wax treatments on our hands while the appointment continued. Sarah took us up front to Charlie who answered all of our billing questions and helped us with everything we needed to get back on Dr. Drew’s schedule promptly and made us feel like we were right where we belonged. After just one short visit with this outstanding team, we feel like part of the family and will not be taking our dental needs anywhere else. Thank you so very much for taking care of me and my family with the care and respect that you do. Please don’t make the mistake of going anywhere but Rappaport Dental for all of your dental wants and needs!
WOW WOW WOW is all I can say. I had my initial visit at Rappaport Dental today. This practice is something I have never experienced before. I came in with my dad last week and was blown away. I was so excited to have my turn today. I got to see Molly as soon as I walked in, she remembered us and welcomed us back into the practice. Minda was my hygienist today, and I am so impressed. She is very professional, kind, gentle, and very thorough. She took a full series of x-rays, I had ZERO pain and was comfortable the entire visit. She showed me each datapoint she collected and explained every step she took. Dr. Drew came in, Minda made sure to give him a brief overview of the time we had already spent together, he performed a full exam and notated his plans to meet all of my dental goals and shared with me several treatment options (all of which are state of the art!) Minda finished up the best cleaning I have ever received, and walked me up front to chat with Charlie about getting scheduled back. I also met the wonderful Crick and Watson ( the canine good citizens that love on all of the patients here ) I also have to note that each visit, members of the team that we met the first time (Sam, Sarah, Angel, Cindy and even the office manager Carrie) have popped in to say hello as they continue working with other patients and team members. How wonderful to feel so warm and welcomed in today’s world. This place is a not so hidden gem. I think the best part about this office is that I feel as if I am at a friend’s house (even though they are professionals and are here to perform very serious functions) , it feels like no one is at work, they are just present because they truly enjoy what they do. I feel that each team member is excited to see and treat me. I am confident I have made the best choice possible in dental families to trust. If you are in need of a dental team, go ahead and make the call to Rappaport Dental, you will not be disappointed.

First impressions are so important! This practice exceeded my expectations in each of the categories I consider important. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing and well equipped with all the necessary and up to date dental equipment and technology. My appointment was timely with the correct amount of time booked for a new patient cleaning and exam. Staff were well trained for each of their positions, being both professional and personable. Dr. McCall was very experienced and it was obvious that he has kept himself well educated on the techniques and technology that has evolved over the years he has been practicing. Overall, an excellent introduction to his practice!
Never coming back here again. Dentist is great. Staff is horrible though. Paid everything upfront including the return visit as I was told they got a pre-approval from my insurance. My mother and I were both TOLD BY STAFF MEMBER before my appt that my insurance WILL PAY the other half of my bill and the pre-approval was received so TWICE told they went through insurance. Just to find out that they didn’t send the paperwork properly to MetLife. So I was lied to twice about a pre-approval. I was told it was approved by Metlife even though it never was because they didn’t send them all the paper work besides the X-rays! I had to pay another $340 for their incompetence and flat out lies. Then they had the nerve to get annoyed and tell me “I have been on the phone for you with the insurance company many times now”. Well you wouldn’t have if you knew how to do your job right in the first place and didn’t lie. They tried to blame the insurance company as well. Get a billing office and hire proper people. I’m sure the better business bureau will love to hear about my experience.
