Sara and her team were awesome! She was training Abby and Kevin. All were very pleasant. As usual Dr Scales was the best dentist. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a new dentist. From the minute you walk in until you leave they are all the best!!!
Very impressive set up. Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The office environment is extremely clean, organized, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Scales was friendly, took an interest in my history, reviewed my x-rays, did a thorough initial exam, and explained the treatment plan based on his findings. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident and at ease with going forward with my dental care.
I had a wonderful experience. From the time I entered the door I felt welcomed and valued. The staff and Dr. Scales addressed all my concerns. I left feeling confident that my dental health is in the right hands.
Very nice place. The people were extremely friendly and informative about how and what is a persons option and payment method. It was an over all wonderful experience, and I don’t and never could say that about a dentist office. Highly recommended. I found my new dentist office. Dr Scales even came in to say hello!! After making my appointment, I immediately received an email to fill out necessary paperwork. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and waited no longer than 5 minutes. Each and every employee thereafter was so pleasant and professional and VERY efficient. I would consider Island Denistry to be the Mayo Clinic of dentistry. Highly organized, friendly, and professional. From walking in to being checked out by the sweetest ladies….. can’t say enough!!! This level of care is difficult to find and I would recommend Island Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Th and to the entire staff for providing me with a good experience.
