The staff has always been kind and professional. Due to a move I had to have current x-rays sent to a new office in town. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years and know the demands, it should not have taken three NOT ONE but three phone calls resulting in being in the chair and the new office having to ask for a third time for x-rays to be sent over. Hendersonville smiles i believe is ran by corporate, i feel patients get lost with so many people to have to go through for something simple as appointment and requests. Private practices is what I will stick with.

I really like this office and feel confident about this being my local dentist for years to come! Dr. Pierre has a way of making you feel at ease while being informative. I really appreciated that he addressed my issues with a more investigative, conservative approach instead of immediately jumping to panic mode or selling me on a ton of treatments. Sophia did a deep cleaning to address my new periodontal disease, was willing to give me numbing gel because I'm a big baby (haha), and I can honestly say my teeth have NEVER felt cleaner leaving the dentist. Everyone is very nice and accommodating!

Brea was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and talked me through every step of what she was doing. This is so imported to patients with anxiety when it comes to dental procedures.
Edit as I ended up having another procedure done today as well: Dr Pierre and Angela were both amazing. Other dental teams told me that it wasn't possible to extract my tooth without going through a surgeon, but Dr Pierre was confident. Everything went so smoothly and I truly felt he had my best interest in mind during every part of the process.
Angela was a breath of fresh air. She also truly cares about building connections with the patients that come in.

Not a bad experience, went as well as a dental visit can go. Staff was friendly and professional and no issues during visit. Was expecting a general cleaning but didn't happen, maybe next visit I'll get that done.

This is an awesome dentist with great service. I'm normally hesitant with dentists office because I want a person that can clean my teeth very well and can tell me all about dental health in great detail.
Moving into a new city with not knowing any great business was horrifying, but coming to Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry gave me ease. I left with a huge smile knowing that they're good dentist around.
I'll be recommending to others all around and sticking with them for sure.
