After being here for 5 years almost I had a very good experience. When I first came I was so ashamed to smile but now when I see the outcome of coming here all I want to do is smile everyday and night.All I can say is thank you so much Dr.Duval.

Quite high no matter what ur teeth look like . I pay $5000 and had 2 kids go there. One on my kids just had her braces removed and got her retainers. Of course she lost them within the first week . I asked how much to replace them and was told $285 per level so almost $600 for retainers in addition to already paying $5k. Amazon has them for $150 for the set. I was looking to get some Invisalign’s from one of those online companies and they quoted $700…. That’s very close to the cost of them retainers they charging for. Long story short, y’all high

Dr.Duval seems pleasant due to the fact he that he speaks in a calm but upbeat voice but he’s actually extremely passive aggressive, if you ask him to explain what is happening next in your treatment plan or express any concern he will become visually irritated. I asked not to be seen by a specific dental assistant due to how rude and passive aggressive she was, he did not even bother to ask why or offer to remedy the situation. When I expressed an issue I was having he proceeded to wave his arms and shoulders around while speaking to me (an example how passive aggressive/visually irritated he becomes when expressing concerns). While the receptionist staff are generally pleasant to speak to, it is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone to make/follow up on appointments. Choose another orthodontist if you can, I truly regret starting a treatment plan with this office.

Dr. Juval is really nice doctor and knows his stuff. But the front desk staff is not responsive at all. I have called multiple times last week in regards to my son’s emergency visit. I waited for their call for whole day… giving them chance to return my call. After waiting 24 hours, I called them back next day, wasn’t able to take him in the same day and had to wait whole weekend. They saw my son on Monday morning…because I am in med school my parents took my son to his emergency visit. Somehow they changed my son next week follow up appointment. So I called them again to let them know not to change that appointment. I am in the same boat again… called them multiple times… no response. When Tiffany was at the front desk there was no issues. I used to get personal reminder calls+text+email and every time I called she always answered or return my called in promptly manner. I am very disappointed in their front desk service. After doing business with them for past 3-4 years I am really considering taking my business somewhere else!…

Horrible service. Can’t get in touch with them when you need them. They are consistently getting appointment days and times wrong. They have also cancelled 3 of our appointments and we just started service with them. They put you in auto draft for payments but it doesn’t work. They then charge you a late fee even though it’s their system that doesn’t charge your card correctly. When you can get in touch with them they aren’t knowledgeable about their procedures. They can’t tell you what an appointment is for. Lastly, they are the most expensive orthodontist in the area.
