I had a great, informative and comprehensive follow up visit for my invisiline retainers. The staff were welcoming and I went in to be examined in a quick fashion; very little wait time. Doctor and Nurses were personable and insightful, it was a pleasant experience and I recommend the whole practice to prospective clients/patients.

Doctor Garai and Doctor Ramos are hands down the best and you will not find care like this anywhere else. Their professionalism and attention to detail is very evident in all of the work they do. They will listen to all of your concerns and answer any questions in depth. They treat patients with the most respect and genuine care. I have experienced this through my wife and I being patients here at Garai Orthodontics. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Very helpful at every visit. Both of their locations, Vienna and Great Falls, are beautiful, clean and sanitary! If you’re thinking of becoming a patient here, just do it. Without a doubt! I recommend both of these intelligent caring doctors very much so. Trust in them for all of your smile needs!

We love Dr Garai and every staff in this office! They’re very professional, super friendly, and easy to make/change appointment as needed. Our 9 year old daughter has been going for 1.5 year and every appointment has been easy breezy and informative. We definitely would recommended family and friends for their orthodontics needs with Dr Garai.

These are the only appointments I look forward to. Dr Garai and his team have been excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can finally smile and feel confident.
Besides that, I have crazy hours at work, and every time I call to reschedule or something, they always find time for me.

I just finished my treatment with doctor garai. I am so happy with my results. He is literally the best. You can really tell that he really cares about each of his patients. All his staffs are super sweet especially Kylie. She was so friendly and I love talking to her during my appointment. She was extremely helpful as well. She helped me through explaining how to take care of my of my teeth. Overall very happy with the results. 100% recommend this place!
