Office staff responsible and courteous. Most important the dental analysis was very comprehensive. From my experience so far after one visit I would have to say very impressive. Like any business can't always satisfy 100% of your customers. That 1% seems to always appear. Was in business here in Fort Lauderdale 45 years in construction. Dealt with all kinds.

The moment you walk in you can feel such amazing positive vibes and energy. The whole staff is so welcoming and very helpful. I enjoyed 2 conversations one with the manager and with another staff member. Dr. Dalal Zakko is by far my favorite dentist I have had the pleasure to know. She’s been my dentist for over a decade! After moving back to Fort Lauderdale, I had to find her and return to her as my dentist. I trust her to take care of me like family. The whole staff treat you like family and for that I’ll be coming back every time. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience and making me feel welcomed. :)

So, I go in for a routine exam, that was OK. Dentist says I need a crown. Go for the crown appointment, temporary crown is put on by the assistant, not the dentist. Well less than 48 hours later, it falls off, Friday afternoon. No one in the office, so all weekend with nothing on the exposed tooth. Monday afternoon, now the dentist, not the assistant, reworks the temporary and it stays on. So, go to get the permanent, dentist puts it on. It's staying on, but every time I floss, the gum around the crown bleeds. Every time. I go back, I am told that the crown is pushing into the gum and it may stop bleeding, someday, maybe. So, I am three weeks into the new crown and it's still bleeding every time I floss. The gum is still very sensitive and swollen. Supposedly, no infection or abscess. Plus, now they want to charge me for office visits to put the temporary crown back on that fell off (not my fault) and for a visit to check on the continual bleeding gum around the new crown (again, not my fault). They said I could get a new crown but I really don't have the $1000+ for a second crown. These people are supposed to be professionals, it feels like I am at a clown show and nobody knows what is going on or more importantly what to do.
Edited: So they said they will not charge me for subsequent visits regarding the bad crown, OK, but this should not have been an issue, ever. Also, they said I have some kind of "warranty" on the bad crown and supposedly I will not be charged if the bad crown is replaced.

The staff were beyond amazing and energetic! The Atmosphere was amazing and they answered all my questions with great manner.
Everyone was professional and would most definitely recommend this place ! 10/10

We all know how a visit to the dentist can be scary, or make you feel nervous or anxious, especially if you don't know what is wrong or what needs to be done. My visit today, was incredible. From the moment I walked in, during my entire visit thru the time I walked out, the staff made me feel like I was the only patient. I felt welcomed, at home, and just a very unique feeling of warmth. I have been to my share of offices, but I have never experienced this level of professionalism and caring. I highly recommend Towncare Dental of Ft Lauderdale 100000%
