I am really ecstatic 🤩 about the bridge device that Dr. Turner created for me. Dr. Turner has restored my smile 😃 Thank You. So now when I walk by a mirror, I look in the mirror & “Say Cheese” 😄😃

Dr. Turner is a cheat!! This dentistry practices billing fraud. I had first gone to see Dr. Gadol on a recommendation by my husband many years ago. While Dr. Turner is a very good dentist and she did an excellent job of placing a crown on my tooth that had just gotten a root canal, the billing experience has soured me once again.
This is the second time they have cheated me. This dental office practices surprise billing. When I first showed up for the crown they quoted me a price and informed me that I would have to pay the full amount upfront and they will only file the claim for me since they are out of network. They quoted me a certain price and after my tooth was looked at by the dentist, they said since the build up was already done as part of the root canal the amount I needed to pay was reduced. I went on to pay 100% of the total amount quoted to me, printed out by their manager as estimate who was at the time pregnant and later I was told she got fired.
After the temp crown was placed, was again informed by the receptionist that the advance I had paid covered 100% of the total cost which included both the temp and the permanent crown.
After I had my permanent crown placed I checked in again at the front desk and was informed that since I had paid in full for the procedure there was no balance due.
A few days later I receive a denial on the claim submitted by them to my insurance. They had not only submitted the claim to the wrong insurance address but also hiked the claim by 60% of what was quoted to me and what I had already paid them in full.
When I called their office the new manager insisted on finding out if I had paperwork because that would trap her for her fraud. Luckily I have the paperwork and my billing receipts as the previous manager had printed it all out for me and given me a copy and kept one set for her file.
The way they will cheat you is that they will check your benefits from your health insurance, max you out and ask you to pay 100% upfront. They will then file a claim to your insurance for double the amount and keep the money they receive from your insurance also. This is the second time they have done this to me. I had gotten a procedure done with them many years ago when they went by the name of Gadol family dentistry. They have now changed the name of their practice and so I made a mistake of coming back to them when I had sworn never to return after my last bad experience.
Dr. Amy turner is a very good dentist but the billing fraud must stop. .if they don’t correct this they will be loosing two patients because both me and my husband are never coming back and I will be reaching out to BBB to report their surprise billing practice and posting my reviews everywhere so others can be aware of what is really going on with this practice.
