I have a fear of dentist work. I can honestly tell you, I have never felt so comfortable. I have a lot of work to be done and the entire staff makes me feel so comfortable, from the office staff to the doctor. My daughter recommended this would be the dentist for me and I trust her with my life! I am very happy to say I finally found a dentist office that understands my anxiety and fears with the process.

I'm a new patient and unfortunately I couldn't make it to my first two appointments. I called them earlier today to reschedule and the answer I got was that because I missed my first two appointments they no longer would work with me and that I will need to find a new dentist. I understand the issue with missing appointments but for a clinic to tell a patient that he can't be helped anymore just because they missed two appointments is very unprofessional to the say the least , if anything I would expect them to charge a fee due to missing an appointment but not to cancel permanently a patient. I'm glad this happened before my first visit because I wouldn't want to be helped by a clinic with such practices and bad customer service.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain and answer questions about the procedures.
The thing I like the best is the numbing gel used during cleaning. Felt no pain.

I was a patient for a while and I liked Dr. Rodriguez. The information was clear and the steps they took with my health made sense. The reason I stopped going was because of the hygienist and office staff. Poor scheduling with conflicting information made it frustrating. They also have you sign forms and paperwork while in the chair and don't give you time to look through it. For a preventive cleaning, I was charged $60 because they didn't verbally tell me about the cancer screening, and one other service wasn't included. But it was in the paperwork that they rushed me to sign and tried to chat with me. As I said it can be a great place but they have some questionable staff. I won't be going back but I would recommend caution with this location.
