My son and I went to Friendly dental. First time and the staff was great!! Dr. N was wonderful!! Quan was fabulous. My son just had his braces off. 18 cavities and his experience was painless and he loved the staff. I got my cleaning done by Jennifer and my teeth feel amazing!!! Definitely would refer!! Thank you staff!
One of their main guys, Jason. He is by far one of the best dentist I've been to. And I have been through A LOT!! He seems to really care and 100% do his very best every time I've been to see him. 10/10 rating on him and the staff there is also awesome!!! Not that I can't wait to go back, but when I do Jason will be the one I go see. Thanks for all you do!! Greg
Would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone. One of the staff at the desk was extremely rude. I agree I arrived 1 minute late on the dot. She cancelled my appointment and I’m sure you know how hard it is to schedule the next appointment, it is months ahead. I mean I wish she was a little courteous. Never coming back here! It’s not like even if someone comes on time you take them in instantly without them having to wait. I’ve been here before and have waited before I was called in. So yeah NO!!
Beware of the BAIT & SWITCH!!! I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and all they did was take xrays and charge me for an examination!!!! Then they had the audacity to tell me that due to the shortage of dental hygienist in the area… no dental office in North Carolina will clean your teeth the same day… every dentist office will give you 2 appointments. This is further from the truth. They cost me $85 to have another exam bc I decided to go to another dentist office bc they are full of it. They are unprofessional and inadequate…. Don’t waste your time or money.
These people really are friendly I highly recommend, Lisa and Jennifer and the receptionist staff is great even the doctor Nagal. I appreciate everyone here it’s the best!
