Dr. Dee and her staff are incredible. My daughter was so nervous, and this was our third opinion in the area. She needs several issues addressed and will need a few phases to accomplish this. Every single person in this practice is kind, compassionate, empathetic, patient, and good at what they do. It is clear they CARE ABOUT MY CHILD. She actually left smiling and no longer afraid. I am so relieved and looking forward to helping my daughter practice facing her anxieties about the dentist while also getting her teeth to a healthy place.

I absolutely love Dr.D. I constantly recommend her to everyone I know. She is attentive, caring, and extremely intelligent. Her ability to work with children of all ages and abilities is outstanding. I have 4 children that attend her practice, ranging from 5yrs old to 27yrs old. Dr.D is able to treat each child differently depending on their particular needs. My 27yr old has special abilities and Dr.D gives her the utmost respect and care during every dental appointment. During each visit she shares her vast knowledge with me. So that I, as that parent, can ingage in practices that suit each one of my children's dental hygienic needs more appropriately.
I'm sincerely grateful to have Dr.D and her amazing team as part of my tribe. Thank you Dr.D and your amazing staff for all of your tremendous talents.

We've been going to this practice for three years. My kids like it.
Their last cleaning was in January and they didn't have open appointments again until November. This time it sounded like they had openings 7 months out rather than ten.
There can be a long wait time from when the hygienist is finished until the dentist comes. One hygienist was great about using the time to engage the kids about dental care, and another one told my 3-year old she wouldn't get a prize when she was whining (after being pretty patient for 30 minutes).
Dentist doesn't necessarily have the best bedside manner. I don't recall her ever greeting me when she comes in for the kids' cleanings, fillings, etc. (walks straight to the kids and doesn't look at you). During our last visit, she said she would reach out to the orthodontist to get their opinion about something. Fast forward nine months later she's telling me the same thing again. When I mentioned I was concerned she told me this during the last visit, she told me she has over 1,000 patients and sometimes things don't get done. The response and tone of it sounded pretty defensive rather than just apologizing for the mistake and making sure it would get done this time. It honestly wasn't that serious since my child is fine, but the response didn't feel great.

I had an emergency for my son and the incompetent nurse scared my son who cried for two hours. I won't rabbit him and we will never go back, I am disgusted, he laughed as I spoke. I didn’t receive help. This is how they treat children.
