My daughter was referred to Fisher Orthodontics by her dentist 2 years ago. This has been a great experience for my daughter as well as for me. The plan was laid out from the start, there was good communication throughout, and the end result is beautiful. Just in time for her to start high school. There was a point where my daughter got her gums cut back, and was not caring for them as she should. They got her in immediately, and talked her through a plan she could stick to, and it cleared up literally within days. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I have referred several of my friends there. I am very happy with the service and outcome. Thank you for everything!
Dr. Fisher and the entire staff at Fisher Orthodontics are the absolute best! Easy to make an appointment, everyone is so friendly, and their quality of work is unmatched. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the city of Atlanta.
My son was referred to Dr. Fisher for braces by his dentist Dr. Bates. We have been patients for the past eight months. From the start the staff has been very welcoming and eager to assist. The office is kid friendly, inviting, clean, organized and well maintained. The cost of my son's braces is very reasonable and affordable. Dr. Fisher and his entire staff is very knowledgeable and seek to provide exceptional care. I highly recommend!
My daughter’s braces were taken off some months ago and I feel like it’s too soon because her bottom teeth are not all the way straight. The day they were taking them off my daughter called and told me that they want me to pay more money for retainers. Just incase the cheap plastic ones “break”. After paying thousands of dollars why send her out with those cheap retainers anyway? I already paid you an arm and a leg. The cost of more retainers would have been about $800 for 2-3 pair. The orthodontist my family goes to is not like this. If their retainers ever break they will have to pay $100. And my sister has a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth with no extra cost. But Fisher Orthodontist wants over $300 (for one) if my daughter’s retainers ever break. I too much and went through too much to have them send my child out with just one pair of cheap plastic retainers. They’re rude, unprofessional, and inflexible, and if I ever had to cancel and reschedule it would be OVER A MONTH before I could get my child another appointment. I do NOT RECOMMEND this business and I will never use them again.
Not sure where to start on how awful this office is. After the initial appointment my daughter did not actually see an orthodontist for a year. Multiple times we waited an hour for an appointment only to have the receptionist hand us the next set of braces. Completely disorganized and clueless practice. I am not even sure how to change orthos in mid treatment but will be doing it. Avoid period. 2020 Update: Since discussing our issues with Dr Fisher our concerns have been addressed and my daughter’s care has improved. I do believe they can still do better with communication as well as the in office experience. I hope the care we are getting will continue to improve as the treatment progresses. 2024 Update! Downgrading to 1 star: We have lived in Pennsylvania for 4 years now and today received a text saying our account was delinquent and will be sent to collections. We have not had any interaction or care from this place in 4 years. In fact, our current orthodontist had to fix what this office did years ago. This office is a hot mess with both appointment scheduling and billing too!
