Today, I have cancelled my daughters' appointment because my youngest child was running a fever and throwing up last night. Instead of saying thank you for letting us know, let us reschedule for you, I was responded with, "Two broken appointments a year will result in emergency visits only." When the other day they called and asked if anyone was running a fever or has been tested for covid in the past two weeks. I guess that doesn't apply 24 hours before the appointment. I already didn't like the fact that parents can't go back with their child after 3 years of age. I will find somewhere else to go if they care more about policies than the safety of my child and others.

I am very upset, the policy has changed and they now no longer allow you to back with your kids for dental work after 3-4? As a parent I am upset by this & do not feel safe. Anything could happen behind closed doors to my child & there isn’t always the same person so they are uncomfortable. I will be switching dentists.

Denied service due to my request for anesthesia. The lack of professionalism is loud without being disrespectful to the ones who spent years in this field. Medical attention due to the patient should be their primary focus as well as making sure the patient is comfortable in procedures. Disappointed isn’t the word to describe when i have been waiting for a removal of my tooth for months. I ask if you do one thing to help the next customer to whatever request they need and if the procedure seems scary and they are anxious then grant them that comfort to using anesthesia. Thank you.

The dentist and all workers are so so nice, polite, and care if there is something wrong or anything like that; they listen to you and be careful. Yes, you might have to wait a while because they are pretty packed at times and have other teeth to clean... so you can not complain if it takes a while. They also have a TV in the waiting room with kid friendly shows so for the wait you can watch and in every individual room there is also a tv with kid friendly shows so no matter how long you wait you have something to do. And for the people saying they can't go back with there child I have went to this dentist my whole life you can go back with your child until they are around 6 years old.

I would give no stars if i could. I have taken my kids here for years and have been so disappointed many times. The receptionist is always horrible and they make you wait hours for just cleanings. They really need new staff. The dentist are nice ladies but that's about it. Waiting room is such a sad place to wait in. Really have seen this place go downhill over the last few years. I recommend you go anywhere but here. If you have a business you need to respect your customers. My last straw was waiting for a call back for over a month. So glad I found a better dentist for my kids!!
