This Dentist office is as official as it gets. They have saved not just my wife from an emergency but I too went thru a very bad tooth pain which I had to get my wisdom tooth removed, and they helped me first thing in the morning. The staff from A-Z are all very helpful and prompt to provide service. The price is very reasonable and they offer options for insurance in case you dont have one. Ive been to several dentists prior to this location but none can match Family Dentistry of St Cloud.
I highly recommend this practice.

Bad experience at this place and very costly. I couldn't tell who was in charge here, the Dentist Banoub or Deb, the old lady at the front desk. Deb let me know she didn't like my insurance company and she'd be glad when she could stop taking it, it didn't pay enough. Banoub did my exam and decided I needed $1000's of dollars worth of work done. I told him no, I had one tooth that needed a crown but I was having no problems with any other teeth. At my first visit for cleaning, he started putting the pressure on. I told him no. At my next cleaning, he seemed frustrated and went right for the scare tactic. He said it's on fire, it's on fire I can move part of the tooth with my finger you should have already had this tooth fixed. So to shut him up, I said OK, go ahead and and put the crown on. He made an appointment. When I get home I check this tooth and nothing was movable. He was not truthful and I was having no problems with this tooth. He put the crown on and then there was another one he said needed a crown, so after 4 crowns and still wanting to do another one, I said no. The last crown he put on, it's on a nerve, causing me headaches and I can't chew on it. I'm going to have to have it redone, but I don't want this Dentist to touch my teeth again. I went to this Dentist with no pain and now I'm left with pain. Deb helps put pressure on you to get work done and when you disagree with her, she'll rudely and unprofessionally roll's her eyes. Needless to say, I'd never recommend this place.

Terrible experiences AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Went in for some dental work, 11visits and & $11,ooo.oo I'm left with a mouthful of disaster. got caps and when I went to a 5 star dentist to repair the damage done, I was told that Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud had put several caps over teeth that had cavities, some caps fell out and I still have several that are loose and need extracted. My current 5 star dentist who I went to repair said it would cost $4,OOO.OO to repair the mess made by Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud.

The staff is very pleasant, patient, comforting, and understanding of those that are a uneasy about there teeth problems. The knowledgeable doctor is gentle and wants everyone to understand about their dental condition(s) before leaving the office. I most definitely would recommend this dentistry for my future and my families future needs.

Great people and very friendly and helpful.
I started having major pain and went to my dentist to find out he had retired and the new office made me feel like I was a piece of meat just being processed. I tried multiple different dentist offices and was very depressed to find that they were all big operations with no personal care. I was just a number/piece of meat. Each would present me with the plan to fix my mouth and a bill in the thousands. I just needed to fix the hurting tooth to start with.
I started having panic attacks and it took time between different dentist offices for me to build up my courage to go to them. So over 2 ½ years I lost 3 teeth because I couldn’t deal with the panic attacks. I went to at least 5 different dentist offices and called another 5 or 6 to talk to them about my panic attack problem.
Not one office told me about Nitrous Oxide until one day driving along 192 in Saint Cloud I saw “Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud” (I say the full name because there is a look alike office with a similar name. So be careful) and pulled in to talk to them. They were actually closed but Deb, the owner, took time to talk to me and when I told her about my panic attacks explained all about Nitrous Oxide and how I can drive home after they use it. Also told me about how to save money since I don’t have insurance since I retired. Very friendly woman and when I went there I found that everyone there was friendly and Deb made sure everyone knew I was having panic attacks.
I call Deb my hero and am so thankful I stopped by Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud. Other things I love about them is that they don’t have 50 young kids working there that don’t know your name or care. It is a small family friendly office where you will know everyone’s name and more importantly everyone in the office will know your name. There is NO check-in sheet at the front Desk. They look up and say Hi Bob how are you today. Same for everyone I saw come in the front door. Another thing I love about their office is the HUGE windows with a great view of a beautiful oak tree. The huge window helps me relax and not have panic attacks too.
I recommend “Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud” to everyone and especially to anyone that is having fear problems with the big meat market dentist offices. Family Dentistry of Saint Cloud is totally Family Friendly. I am happy to now have my mouth back in shape and I am all caught up and it cost about half the price that the big offices were going to charge me.
