It was very organized and I received excellent professional care from all parties providing me care. The Dentist receives 10 plus stars and her assistants get a five star rating. I would highly recommend anyone needing dental care to go there. Dr. Mohan is the absolute best and Maddy was great.

They atmosphere is pleasant and the service for me was pleasant as well I have no complaints about they dental care I received going there. Where as I didn’t think I could get dentures that will help my appearance they supplied the confidence that I needed to go there every other dentist office that I tried in my area wasn’t taking new patients except family dentist in Richmond it was a trip worth while taking so thank family dental I will let others know about your service that you provided for me.

These are world-class dentists here. I drive a very long way to get here, and have gone for over 10 years, won't use anyone else. Back then, I was told by a different dental office that I'd need a root canal, but a dentist at this practice disagreed and said he would just fill it. It has given me no trouble in 10 years. Very impressive and professional staff

I have had 3 appointments in the past 3 months and each appointment has been over the top satisfactory! The desk staff are very professional and very easy on the eyes! 2-3 days before each appointment, I received an appointment reminder with the option to confirm or cancel. Dr. Bowles and her team, are hands down the best! I'm so glad that I have finally found a dental office that cares are the patients and does not pass judgement! If you are looking for great service by profession staff, look no further!

They did a great job addressing my issue. I had one tooth that was very sensitive after my filling and the doctor took the filling out and re did it. So far so good. Glad they were able to understand my issue and get it resolved with no hassle. I would definitely recommend.
