I really felt like we had found a new dentist office, close to our new home that was perfect. We had a couple visits and then things went haywire.
I’ll start by saying I was surprised to the front desk gal someone had hired at one of my last visits. Someone dropped the ball and didn’t even do the bare minimum on background checks or google searches. I didn’t feel comfortable even sharing my financial information or credit cards knowing of this individuals background.
Most recently, I received a phone call that the appointment I set up 6 months ago needed to be changed. They didn’t have a hygienist available. Sounds like Sadie, who happened to be a wonderful hygienist was now gone. Ok…. Things happen. I totally understand but please understand I also planned in advance so I didn’t have to make 2 separate appointments. I requested to have my kids scheduled together and that wouldn’t be possible for at least a couple months. They had an 8am available the following week so I asked if someone could come in 30 minutes earlier so they could both be seen. The gal was clearly irritated and I was taken back to hear that they’d need “owner approval to do this” as if to insinuate that I was asking too much. Anytime a Dr has had to cancel, it seems they’re always a little more accommodating to make an appointment work. Not this office.
I was able to call a pediatric dentist and have BOTH my kids seen back to back next week so I don’t have to bring them in separately. I have no plans to return to Fallbrook after this.

I love All the staff. They go out of their way to create a customer service focus. Everyone is so friendly. On top of that they do great work that doesn’t hurt. They spend their time to do the work properly while spending time before explaining what they are going to do and after to let you know how it went. They always give you time to ask questions. Most importantly they do not try and talk you into doing work that doesn’t need to be done. They actually have talked me out of procedures that I had been told that I needed done. I cannot recommend this practice enough!! My whole family now goes to them.

Finally a dentist office that values patient care. Clean office. Appointments start on time. They use technology to explain/show how your mouth has changed over time. My hygienist, Sadie, rocks! She asks real questions to show she actually cares and makes my mouth feel like there is a party going on.

I was very specific when I made my first appointment that I wanted a cleaning. They ended up doing an hour worth of x rays and said I'd have to have a second appointment for a cleaning and they have to assess my teeth before they can clean them. I also made appointments for my teenagers to get their teeth cleaned, but that would require 6 visits for us to all get cleanings done! Waste of my time!

Gabriella was super nice on the phone and was very helpful. Honestly, one of the nicest receptionist I've ever talked to.
