I recently started using Dr. Anna Nguyen after no other dentist could fit me in for weeks. I was in terrible pain from a missing filling and needed to be seen ASAP.
My initial visit was meant to be a cleaning when she informed me my missing filling would actually need to be a root canal. I was quite concerned with the potential cost from my history with root canals and other dentists.
Not only did my costs come in exponentially lower than I expected (even with purchasing the upgraded CZ crown) Dr. Nguyen made the process so much easier than I had anticipated. She understood my anxiety with dental work and took additional precautions with doing dental work while I am pregnant.
She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable during my multiple procedures and offered me additional numbing anytime I showed discomfort.
She truly is one of the best dentists I have seen (and I’ve seen a lot!). I wish she accepted my children’s dental insurance also so they could be in her care! She’s 5 star!

Even when you call more than 24hours in advance to reschedule an appointment, they threaten to charge you a cancellation fee. Looking for a new dentist.

I live in Downingtown and have been a dental patient of Dr. Anna Nguyen for over 10 years. I am giving her and her practice a 5 star review because the standard of care is very high. The facility is clean. I rarely have to wait. Billing practices make sense and front office is efficient. Dr. Anna keeps me invested in my oral health, which I believe is an important part of my overall health.

Horrible receptionists. Kept making up new rules during every visit. Absolutely unprofessional and keeps calling a hundred times for reminders, etc.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. She was very understanding and empathetic with my anxiety about having dental work done. She supported me throughout the procedure and did an incredible job, I barely felt anything. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
