The front decks are great. The people are loving caring and also the doctors are so professional everybody doing their job with hard work and good manners me and my wife visit there today and we find out the perfect level of service in Maryland when we enter the lady welcome us, after our service when we leaving, there is two ladies who told us all the details are also very nice. The doctors thoroughly perform their duty with the professional manners. Expert smile is the best place for dental issues. Please visit there Syed and Samreen. Thank you

Your office front desk people lack customer service; they are very rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. No one greeted or even acknowledged me when I got there for my appointment and I stood there for about 5 minutes. There were roughly 5 people in the vicinity and all I received were looks, no one said "hello", or greeted me with a "welcome to Expert Smiles" greeting. And when the lady finally made contact with me, she rudely asked for my name. I guess she didn't know that it would have been nice for her to get my attention by greeting me first. I only knew she was talking to me because I was just looking around in amazement to their incivility. However, the hygienist who performed my deep cleaning today was polite, warm, friendly, professional and very competent. And the other hygienist who did my regular cleaning on my first visit was just as wonderful and great. She too did a stellar job. Please stop ignoring your clients, it's not good and I've experienced this poor treatment 3 times now. There is more, but I'll stop here for now.

Today whilst sitting in the waiting room for an hour I reflected on my past visits to Expert Smiles. During my reflection I determined that every visit lasted about three hours. One hour in the waiting room, one hour waiting in the chair for the hygienist, and one hour actually receiving any services. With a quick Google search, I discovered that the average time for completing a teeth cleaning visit is anywhere between 30-60 minutes. I could be saving two hours by seeing another office.
When I have completed my past visit the work was good. My teeth cleanings was not superb work but it wasn't bad. During my three years with Expert Smiles I only had teeth cleanings. So I can't speak on any other service they provide.
The staff have always been friendly and respectful. All the staff seem to be attractive & happy. The halls are always filled with their laughter.
All and all my main issue is the wait time. I am surprised to see there aren't more reviews touching on this. Still, I don't think it's reasonable to assume it should take three hours for a standard teeth cleaning.

I love expert dentist… The building is very spacious and clean and so love how they get me in and out. I get cleanings every 6 months and if there are any additional problems they will let me know and help me with scheduling an appointment for the said problem. The doctor is very patient and loves what he does. SN: Their selection of music is great 😌

Let me first say one of my wisdom teeth was infected for about 2-3 weeks. I kept calling around and scheduling appointments for them not to take me. I’ve been going through severe pain with my mouth to the point it caused an ear infection. My coworker kept telling me about Expert Smiles but I kept declining it because of the distance from me was a hour away. Recently I was in so much pain I just called and told them my problems I was having with my wisdom teeth and they bought me in the same day. The receptionist that made my appointment was so amazing and knowledges what I was going through. Also, the staff and doctors there were amazing and professional. I was nervous coming in but they made me feel comfortable when they took me to the back. I was able to get all my wisdom teeth pulled out the same day and it was definitely a smooth wisdom extraction surgery. I definitely recommend that you will go to Expert Smiles!
