My family and I were patients of Espinal & Willis’ for many years when we lived in Rock Hill. We moved to NC in 2018 but recently returned to the Fort Mill area. The office staff, hygienists, and dentists have always been amazing - they are thorough, kind, professional, and always do everything they can to be as accommodating as they can be of the busy schedule I maintain as a healthcare provider and a single mom. I am glad to be back!
Ashley was awesome as always. She makes going to the dentist fun while maintaining a professional environment and providing an excellent cleaning. She explained everything during the visit clearly and was very thorough. My experience with both Doctor Espinal and Willis post cleanings have been fantastic. I highly recommend them for all dental needs!
I saw Dr. Knight. I could not be happier. I am terrified of the dentist. But he made my experience so easy and painless. I had to have a crown put on my tooth. My husband and I have definitely found us a new dentist! The staff were as nice as they could be!! From the receptionists when you first walk in to Maggie whom is Dr Knights assistant. Thank you all so very much!!
From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like I truly mattered to everyone. My hygienist took the time to explain everything she did, she had reviewed my records prior to me sitting down, discussed her findings from X-rays, and did a thorough cleaning. She consulted with Dr Espinal all her findings so he was prepared to offer plans after checking out my teeth. I am so glad this is my new dental provider.
I had an appt today with Dr. Knight, the new dentist in their practice. He was very easy to talk with and very attentive. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He offered recommendations with possible outcomes, and I felt he was very open and honest. We’ve been patients at this practice for 25+ years and I feel Dr. Knight is a great addition to the team and their excellence in care. The front desk staff also does an excellent job in taking care of their patients, always making them feel welcomed and accommodating with schedules. I highly recommend this dentist practice.
