He is a very good dentist and the staff are great I have had some really bad experiences with other dentist and they make u very comfortable

I like Dr. Hickman, I really do, but I had to walk out on my last visit because I sat in the chair for 2 hours waiting for him, and today I've been in the waiting room for more than an hour and a half to be seen. Today, I made sure to get the first appointment of the day. Yet, here I sit.

Wen with my wife because she wanted some help. They asked what type of insurance and since we have bcbs they were all jolly. But when we arrive they said I cannot wait in the office because of how many people there are. And get more people walking in after I leave. If they didn’t schedule so many appointments at once then they wouldn’t have to tell people to wait outside. Ridiculous. First time I was not allowed to wait in the waiting room for a patient to get taken care of.

I've been going to Dr Hickman for the past 10 years or so for my dental care and appreciate the fact that they are able to get you in very quickly especially if you have a sudden problem pop up that you need taken care of ASAP. The staff are amazing and make you feel at ease during your visit.

First, let me say this: This office has the absolute best and most kind reception staff I’ve ever encountered! Dr. Hickman is very thorough and has great bedside manner. I’ve been going to Dr. Hickman since I was a kid and now he’s my childrens’ dentist.
