I have 6 little patients that go to Economy Dentistry and every experience has been amazing. Especially this very last one when my little needed a filling and somehow I showed up on a completely wrong day. Not only did they do everything they could to fit me in so I didn't have to come back, but they were so quick about it also. And I usually take 3 at a time so I don't have to take so many days off work for each child. Such a convenience! Great place.
Relocated from a different state… by far the easiest and quickest appointments for 3 children. Took them back quick, the cleaning was quick. Found out one child had a cavity, they had a cancellation for the next day and that service was awesome. Painless!!! I’m beginning to love Jacksonville. Thanks to economy! Glad me and the babies have u to take care of their mouth
Brought my son in as he was experiencing pain in a tooth. New patient also needing a cleaning. They scheduled his cleaning for 2 months out and did nothing for his tooth. I asked if he had a cavity and the response I received was “we don’t know until he has his cleaning”. So we left with no answers at all. Not to mention the waiting room was filthy. The blinds and floors are caked with dust and dirt. Upon entering the office, a woman was outraged with the front desk staff over the treatment her daughter had received. Just an awful experience. Do not recommend.
They take very good care of my children I like how the nurse remembered my son from his first visit. They are very friendly and they explain things to me about what they are doing on each of my children. I have 3 sons that go here already and one son will be when he gets his teeth. My sons are actually excited to come here. The wait is not long at all. I love it.
Do not go here with your children. My son was absolutely fine until we walked back and the dental assistant pulls us aside and said if he freaks out and flails around we won’t be able to do anything. We can’t force children to get dental work done…. I said you say that to me not in front of the child. Then they wouldn’t let me go in the room with him when they previously told me I could. I explained the situation and even though we waited an hour to be seen past our appt they attempted once to get him to lay down and put the gel on and he got scared so they stopped. Another assistant told me we can’t force the child to have the tooth pulled! Then she said she e can sedate him and I said absolutely not so we left! For a pediatric dentist they have ZERO business treating kids!
