Ever since Dr. Hatten left my teeth have progressively gotten worse. I miss my custom made wire(made by Dr. Hatten) and my power chain. I genuinely just want my teeth to not look like stair steps anymore because it has made my confidence levels lower than ever. I have gone here for over 2 years and my teeth looked pretty good until Dr.Hatten left. Ever since then I have felt neglected by Dr.Eberting. It would be nice for him to see that my teeth are going back up into my gums because of the thin wire that is currently/has been in my mouth the past few months. The only good thing is that my bottom teeth are perfectly straight and look amazing.

Apparently my review has been taken down. I received terrible service here for 2 years and had multiple retainers just break from them. When I originally posted my bad review, they called me into the office and asked me to delete my review. If that tells you anything. Won’t recommend

My sons braces were left on way to long. Rotted his teeth causing him to have 3 root canals. This was under the braces so no amount of brushing would have helped. Also left a a ton of cement on his teeth after his braces were off. I wouldn't recommend here. RUN!!!!

Eberting Orthodontist is good but I think they book to many appointments for the day. If you have an appointment you should show up 1 hour prior to your appointment time to check in so you’ll possibly get back by the actual appointment time.
It’s honestly ridiculous how long patients have to wait just to be seen.

I love Dr. Eberting and his staff my daughter Brooklyn loves going here she has been seen here for about 8 months and starting next month my son will be as well. We drive 45 minutes to go to this office. They have always been very nice and professional and we have never waited more than 40 minutes to be seen actually we are called back most of the times within 25 minutes today ì think it was only like 10 minutes that we waited... I will always recommend eberting orthodontics to everyone I know needing orthodontic braces.
