The staff at East Nashville Family Dentistry are always on their A game. I have heard that you are supposed to not enjoy going to your dentist but I’m always looking forward to my next visit. The friendliest group of folks always make me feel welcome and relaxed no matter what work I’m having done. They’re wonderful to chat with but also very professional and able to give excellent dental advice. A+++ would recommend this team to anyone

East Nashville Family Dentistry has been my dentist group for a few years now and I’ve appreciated their service and attention to detail. I’ve had four crowns done by them on my back bottom left and right teeth. I actually did need those crowns due to a tight bite. The Drs and techs have been nice and experienced. It is true that they don’t operate like a conventional dentistry where you always get your teeth cleaned first as they prioritize more critical work. I think of them more as a place for fillings and crowns and not really a tooth spa but maybe that’s just because I had a pretty gnarly treatment plan. They show me X-rays and explain why I need the work done and I think what they say makes sense. I think some people get a little shocked that they need as much work as they recommend but I do think they genuinely prioritize the patients health.

I cannot recommend this dentist office enough! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with professionalism. I'll admit, I was quite anxious about getting my fillings done, but the assistant who attended to me was excellent. Not only did they display confidence and expertise, but her reassuring demeanor and attentiveness made all the difference. They even went the extra mile to provide me with water and Vaseline when my lips became chapped during the procedure - talk about going above and beyond!
Dr. Spencer was an absolute gem. Despite the busy day they were having, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, address any concerns I had, and ensure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and patience truly stood out, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The entire team at this dentist office remained incredibly prompt and attentive, never once compromising on the quality of care they provided. It's evident that they prioritize their patients' well-being above all else, and that level of dedication is truly commendable.
Thanks to the exceptional service and top-notch care I received, what could have been a daunting experience turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. Thanks for being so Patient with me and being Awesome Human beings.

Hands down the best dental care I have ever had!
East Nashville Family Dentistry goes above and beyond to ensure that the health of your oral care is taken care of. They were so knowledgeable and transparent about what I needed the entirety of my visit then provided me with a printed copy of everything we discussed during my visit. I was able to see a visual of my entire mouth through their 3D scan, which Dr. Spencer then walked through with me. No denying that the work I needed was in fact necessary! My cleaning with Casey was thorough and she spent extra time educating me on my at home care. If you actually want to take care of your oral health and not skimp on care, this is the place to go!
10/10 a great experience.
