Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing!! I recently had my Invisalign done by Dr. Kim and her staff and it was a wonderful experience. All the employees are very friendly and there is just a really positive atmosphere in the office. I can tell Dr. Kim knows what she’s doing and is very professional. I had no issues whatsoever with my visits. I definitely felt like I was under great care by great people. Dr. Kim has a positive relationship with not only her staff but her patients as well. 10/10 experience.

I’ve only been here twice and there will not be a third. I’m only giving it a 2 star rating because the receptionist at my most recent visit was actually friendly (she wasn’t the receptionist the first time i went, otherwise I would’ve given 1 star). Now let me start on Dr Kim. No people skills whatsoever. I went for a cleaning, besides the fact that I had to wait in the room alone for over 10 minutes with no apology, she did a rush job on my cleaning. And when I say rush job I mean I don’t know if she was actually cleaning or trying to extract my teeth. It seemed she was irritated that I went elsewhere for my invisalign, which by the way is my dental practice. After she was done she abruptly says “ok no cavities see you in 6 months” then walked out. I was left to take off the bib and out it away myself. What if I actually had questions concerning my teeth that I wanted to discuss? Thankfully I don’t, but I also wasn’t given the opportunity to address them if I did. Lastly, the practice isn’t even clean.

I have spent a LOT of time with Dr. Kim and her team over the last ten years. Dr. Kim has been doing my cleanings for 10 years; she’s done my Invisalign and I’ve had multiple root canals and crowns with her.
She takes pain management very seriously - I’ve never felt uncomfortable letting her know I feel something, and she stops immediately to assess and intervene. I’m so grateful for her knowledge and expertise.
I also give her and her staff a lot of credit - they are a single doctors office and they HUSTLE. The office is no frills and no nonsense, but everyone is so professional and kind.
I’m very grateful for a great dental practice in the neighborhood!

Never met the dentist. After the front office chastised my for not filling out the paper work correctly, argued with me that I did not put my medical conditions ( I showed her where I wrote it multiple times) and read all of my prescriptions outloud in the waiting area (hippa laws) I asked for my paper work back and ripped it up and left. Carla the insurance person came out and apologized and was going to talk to her boss and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago, no follow up. The receptionsist was RUDE. Now I am glad I did not meet the denist after reading her reviews. There's always a silver lining.

I wouldn't come here. I booked the appointment with my insurance, and was told when I arrived that they didn't actually take it and had to pay $175. My xray was incomplete and didn't show the teeth of concern and all requests in person and in writing to have the xray redone were ignored. Dr Kim spent very little time with me and ran out to see another patient as soon as the cleaning was done. The cleaning was imperfect and the appointment was a moot experience and not worth the fee.
