Highly recommend! My daughter opted for Invisalign braces. Although she did her part to make the process quick and smooth, we couldn’t have asked for any better treatment than here at H2O!!! Everyone knows what they are doing, they are helpful and kind from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. They are just as friendly when you call with an “oopsie” and need an extra appt. Well worth the 30 min drive for us! Glad friends recommended them to us and we will continue to recommend to everyone that we know that needs this service!
This office has it all for straightening out your smile and maybe your life! They provide a real experience with truth and grace. When they lead with gratitude and encouragement, you cannot help but feel like you’ve made the best decision for your retainers. I would always recommend H2O to anyone. Dr. Handy is very knowledgeable and earned my confidence. Everyone here is so friendly. They make me feel right at home. My daughter also goes here and she looks forward to her appointments. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Update 6 months later: My relationships there have improved since originally posting and they do very good work. ....At first I was impressed with the modern technology and environment. Eventually, it felt more like clinical process automation designed to maximize profits. I don't believe that, after a dozen visits, anyone knows a thing about me personally, and during visits, I have a hard time letting technicians know when I'm uncomfortable. It's anxiety-inducing. If I had the choice to do over again, I'd pass up the high tech assembly line process for a personal touch with staff and doctors where they can slow down a tad. This business seems more focused on profits than people. It isn't terrible, it just isn't ideal for me.
I just love everyone in this office. They always make me feel welcome and important. Whenever someone asks me about getting braces I direct them to Handy & Handy. I'll be sad when this process is over and I won't get to see these wonderful people on a regular basis. They have given me a perfect smile. Thanks y'all!!! 😆
