I highly recommend Due West Orthodontics, Dr. Smith and all his staff are amazing! I finished my orthodontic treatment back in August 2023 and I’m so happy with the results. After having such an amazing experience with them I took my daughter in for a consultation as well and Dr. Smith explained all our options throughly. I had visited other offices previously but all they really seemed to care about was the money they could potentially make. Dr. Smith was completely different, he actually cared about the best option for my daughter. Long story short she will be getting her braces on February 2024 at Due West Orthodontics. Thank you so much for fixing our smiles! I will be seeing you guys very soon again.
My daughter was a candidate for invisalign or traditional braces. We chose invisalign. The care at the office was phenomenal. They helped us with any questions we had. Guided us through the process and 2 years later my daughter has much better teeth. We did have problems with keeping up with the responsibility of the trays and keeping up appointments so we had some setbacks. Original timeline was 18 months. All in all a great experience. Great staff. Great orthodontists. Highly recommend for teenagers to go with traditional braces. Less chance of setbacks.
Dr. Mclendon has provided braces for all theee of my kids. He is honest and never tact’s on fees that are not necessary. He even recommended waiting as long as possible with my son, so he wouldn’t need two sets of braces. I recommend this orthodontist to everyone I know that needs a referral.
I have taken 6 of my children to Dr McLendon. Every time we have had excellent results in a minimum of time. No one has been in braces more than 2 years! His staff is very efficient and helpful. Never a long wait and always treated with kindness and respect. Thanks Dr Mac!
All three of my kids, Erica, Kayla and Chase Eidam, got braces here. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. The office is clean, very convenient, and well run. It was a top notch experience (times 3!) and I would recommend them to anyone!
