I haven’t been to them since before co-vid and my husband longer than that and they decided 4 + years later the morons decided to send me a bill for $30 and my husband a bill for $177! We paid ALL of our bills BEFORE walking out of the office every single time. Over 4 years and no contact - no bills - no phone calls regarding a balance and suddenly they want $200 from us! Umm NO! Get over yourselves. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE - they will try to scam you out of money that you do not owe.

Worst dentist I’ve ever had to deal with. Did X-rays for Invisalign to get a quote using insurance other than the Va because the Va does not pay for that which is also ridiculous. Never heard a word back. Was told on two different occasions that I would need to get a bite guard for my teeth and guess what….. Never heard back. Whenever I call and say hey I never received a call back to follow up for my bite guard I get this answer “well the Va has a process”. How many time do I have to tell them that I have dental insurance other than the VA. If you aren’t a patient that had been dealing with them for sometime now I suggest find a different one. They have a 2.8 rating for a reason.

Canceling my appointment because you couldn’t verify if I’m still coming is CRAZY to me because I just spoke with a young man about my appointment two weeks ago!!!!! I’ve waited all year for this damn appointment just to be told it was canceled!!! I purposely scheduled because I’m off work for the holidays because I can’t take off now if I have to reschedule I’d have to take off risking losing my job!!! THANKS A LOT!!!

I have been going here for a few years now and I have never add a bad experience until today. I called to cancel an appointment. Today is 10/24/22 , I call at 9 am. My appointment on 10/26/22 at 6pm. They told me that I need to cancel within 48 hours notice. Because I did not call within 48 hours notice they were gonna charge me $30 per hour of my appointment. The procedure that I was getting was going to take an hour and a 1/2. So that is $45. The issue is that they were sending text reminders to the wrong telephone number. And I was just informed today. I'm upset because the office staff did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. And then had the audacity to ask me why I don't put it on my calendar or do they need to call and remind me everytime. What kind of statement is that? Last but not least she hung up on me! I called back and a gentleman answered. No Surprise. This will be the last time this office gets my business. My family of 4, with no outstanding balance and insurance are DONE!

NEVER AGAIN will I go here after being a customer for years! They have constant staff turnovers and some of them are VERY RUDE and condescending! It appears this behavior is acceptable! We never had any billing issues until last year and I was told patients cannot choose their services. It appears they code the services to get the best benefits from the insurance company. Going to the dentist is already stressful enough, the staff shouldn't make it worse before nor after your services. You just lost a loyal customer who is loyal no more. Thank your new staff!
