Horrible experience. No communication from doctor on what he was doing and when he was doing it. Was scheduled to get 3 cavities filled 2 on right side one on the left . He told me he wasn’t going to fill the one on the left because he didn’t have time even though that is what my appointment was scheduled for . Numbed my gum and left me waiting 45 minutes and by the time he got back my gum was no longer completely numb. I felt everything . Sprayed me in the face with water did not wipe my face off until 5 minutes later and assistant did not suction me properly I was choking on my spit. Told me to bite down and did not move my tongue out of the way so I bite my own to tongue . My teeth no longer sit properly on each other when I close my mouth. After I left I was still bleeding and picking pieces of my teeth that were left in my mouth out . One of the cavities he did fill , he sawed the tooth almost to my gum and filled with silver stating it was deep in my tooth and that it probably won’t last and I will have to get that tooth pulled anyway. Not sure if my treatment was due to the fact I have Medicaid or what the issue was but to have such good reviews and to be treated like this was horrible and disappointing. I will not go back to get the rest of the work I need done and pray I find a dentist that will treat me with dignity because Dr. Scott did not . I had to go to 2 different appointments just to get scheduled to get these cavities filled and he didn’t even take care of them all like scheduled . This was the worst experience at a dentist office I have ever had and I am 42 years old.

Everyone I met there was super nice and friendly. The girls at check in and out were really friendly and made me feel comfortable being there. Dr. White is a trip!!! Loved meeting him. I was so surprised to find out he owns White Lake……LOL. Will be coming back to get all my teeth taken care of. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

A little challenging to find at first, but once found, they put in excellent work. Though to be fair, this was my first visit. It was smooth, so hopefully on the following visit, this will continue going forward. The staff were pleasant and courteous and even when there was concerns from other patients, these wonderful people explained calmly and professionally as they could.

Do NOT deal with this dentist. He has been my dentist for 3 years but somewhere he went downhill. My last visit was today. I was taken to the room to have fillings replaced. He then came into the room, gave me shots in my gums, and then left the room. He then returned and told me that I would not receive today's services, which he had already charged me for, because I owed eight dollars from a precvious visit. When I was charged for today there was no mention of me owing anything and I was charged for today's visit. He then tells me I will not receive the services I had just been charged for and tells me I can go. This dentist does not care about his patients. All he is after is a dollar. I have mostly been treated by his assistants so I wasn't aware of how negative of an attitude he really has until today. It's no wonder why he can't keep staff members.

I received the first cleaning I've ever had where I didn't leave bleeding. Very professional and kind, and one of the only dentists that would answer the phone.
