Both receptionists were very friendly and we had a few laughs. I just needed a cleaning this time so I didn’t see the dentist, but the dental hygienist was friendly and did a great job. Thanks for making the visit a good one!

Get a second opinion before going through with any procedures at this chain dental clinic.
Went in for a routine cleaning, had no pain. Only a couple spots of calculus build up. They did a full deep cleaning that took 2 separate visits, and numbed entire mouth. Also filled a cavity.
Insurance said it was 90% unnecessary because they only covered a small portion of the bill (this treatment is in my policy at 80/20) ended up with a large bill for something I didn’t even need to do and trusted the dentist when they told me it was what was needed to prevent “bone loss”. They wanted to blame the insurance for not covering it. I thought they had my best interest instead they over treated. When the insurance find it is unnecessary, they still going to collect their money. They might offer you a discount but that is because they know their prices are inflated. (Took me a lot of calls indicating the treatment was unnecessary just to get a small discount) At about 350$/ quadrant, and insurance says the max they can charge is $175. Once insurance deems it unnecessary, you get the premium price. LOOK OUT.
Went to new local family dentist and they couldn’t believe I had this kind of treatment. They said they would only do this if the patient had extensive dental issues, history, and buildup (not a couple hard calculus “spikes”) and they warned about chain dentist because they over treat. Luckily the local dentist was skilled and not looking to strap me into a long term treatment plan that they got me back on a normal cleaning and I didn’t need 10 lidocaine shots.
What they don’t tell you is that after a deep cleaning, you’ll likely be on a LONG TERM periodontal maintenance plan instead of having the normal covered cleaning.
Also that cavity I had filled here… I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. Even after seeing them a second time to do a bite adjustment, still cannot eat on that side without sharp pain throughout. (I had ZERO pain in my mouth prior to seeing them) I’m fearing that now I will need more extensive work on this tooth because of the pain I have daily, PAIN I NEVER HAD PRIOR until after they “fixed” my tooth. Followed up a month after the fill and they said it could take time. So over a year later I am still not eating almost no food on that side of my mouth.
Just trying to help anyone to avoid what I went through and to not be as naive. If the dentist suggests any treatment other than what you went there for, get second opinion. It’ll be a lot cheaper.

I am happy with the Service I received today... I felt like you understood what I meant when I said I was afraid of going to the Dentist... I don't imagine all appointments are that easy... But I am looking forward to my next appointment... Thanks for making me feel comfortable...
